“We rented a car and drove from Siracusa, with stops in surprisingly beautiful Noto and historic Modica before arriving in Ragusa, one of the most beautifully situated cities anywhere! I chose the Itria Palace due to it's location and with our having a car, parking was an issue. Right next to the hotel is a free public parking lot with plenty of spaces. And, there is a ramp to the hotel's lower entrance. We were housed in the hotel's annex located across the street, which is lovely, the rooms...

“I just stayed here for one night when my flight got cancelled and I needed a place to stay for one night until my new flight the next day. The hotel was wonderful, it was so beautifully renovated while retaining the Syracusan charm. The front desk staff were so friendly and let me store my bags prior to check-in. The bed was comfy, AC worked. My only suggestion for a better experience next time would be to have coffee supplied. There were 3 flavours of tea and a coffee machine (bialetti) but no...

“A beautiful countryside setting. Lovely views of Noto and a very tranquil property. Lacked some touches though, which could have made it truly luxurious. Rooms are nice but quite basic. Breakfast is average (cheap juices, imitation corn flakes, etc) and if you're not there by 9.20 the staff stop replenishing items. One guest asked if there was any more ham being brought out at 9.30am and the staff member just shrugged their shoulders. Overall though, a solid choice but not quite luxury. ”

“We stayed for a whole week in this property, a big family of 11 adults and 3 infants. Before our arrival Martina did everything to make sure that our stay will be perfect, and helped us with a lot of questions.
