The room had a mildew smell so we left the door open majority of the time we were in the room. The air conditioner did not work properly so it was also hot. The hotel it self just need a up grade.

Front desk very friendly and welcoming upon check-in. Rooms are carpeted and floor felt damp/sticky. A couple of trash items left behind by previous occupants on floor at entrance and in restroom. Bathroom needs updating. Did not have time to enjoy the amenities/play area but they were well kept and our kids would have enjoyed it had we arrived earlier. Breakfast had variety of items, unfortunately what we had seemed to have gotten cold despite heat lamps. Paid a little extra for an internal room, felt that was worth it, especially if you have kids old enough to go back and forth to play area on their own.

It’s not hotel it’s motel . It’s unsafe to stay in motel . Someone followed us after parking ! It was scary !

Thank you for your review, we do carry outside and inside rooms. With 24 hour security to help any of our guest feel safe. If you do book in the future we can recommend booking an interior room.

It’s all good compared to what I’ve experienced in the area. Staff wasn’t super helpful about how to find my room which can be confusing but, once you figure it out, it’s the best place in Odessa so far

The Elevators were turned on purpose and the fat lady working at 4 am was so lazy she wouldn’t even leave her desk or even stand up to discuss the matter. I was on the top floor and had heavy luggage that I couldn’t carry down the stairs.

Like was the bed. It was comfortable. The whole establishment sink like mildew, old old ventilation units, the online website is terrible misleading and wrong. Their is no fresh made food for breakfast or is just hotel breakfast food even though the site says it's fresh. Carpet was gross sticky, tacky. Iron board was stained with greasy food and the iron leaked considerably. Staff was blind to guest and presented as to ignore them, lastly all the vending machines are broke or out of water and no water available from the hotel. Feel deeply I was taken advantage for money I have to earn through hard work.

Poor customer service at the restaurant and mediocre front desk service. Layout of the room (family suite) was nice, but room itself (especially bathrooms) were a bit run down and out-of-date. Facility was also a bit run down, but the pool and kid activities (ie- jungle gym and mini golf) were a unique perk. Lots of potential here, but could definitely use some TLC.

Quiet. Especially after 9pm the usual kid and kids noises heard at most hotels here ar minimum. The pool, jungle gym and mini golf apparently tire out the kids and adults.Staff has been attentive and helpful with all aspects of my stay.

Everything was great with the exception of the pool staff that was A not dressed to be a life guard and B she was more interested in gossiping with her friend than actually watching the pool.
