“Terrible stay due to people in the neighboring room watching loud action movies late into the night forcing us to switch rooms at 2:30 AM. This was the only thing that kept me from giving the hotel a 5 star rating. The room I moved to was very quiet. The hotel was very clean and updated throughout and located in an ideal spot with lots of food and shopping nearby. I had requested a room on the top floor at the end of a hallway in hopes of a quiet stay and they granted my request. All encounters...

“The staff were wonderful and made extra efforts to make the breakfast area a pleasant place. The windows unfortunately do not open and it took a long time to clear the air freshener smell from the room with the fan and open door.”

“The hotel was very clean and just kind of "sparkled". It seems like we always so someone cleaning, even if it was the back steps. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure. (Hate showering when the water is a trickle) Most importantly, the staff was super-friendly. They greeted us each time we walked through the lobby and had good suggestions doe things in the area.”

“I was somewhat concerned when I first arrived because the outside of the hotel was not updated. However, the room was spotless and I enjoyed a good night's sleep there. The price was excellent for the quality of the room. I would definitely stay again.”
