Really enjoyed our stay
Lovely place to stay, amazing views of the hokianga harbour, fantastic sunsets, great area, friendly locals, the place had everything we needed, we were all comfortable, unable to connect to wifi or get freeview going, but the property manager refunded us some money towards personal data. Only downfall for us, was that even though the property is pet friendly, its not fenced so we couldnt allow our fur baby to freely be outside and just relax, with the main road just below a worry, however great areas across the road for walks and the beach.

A great location overlooking Omapere. Perfect spot for our American guests - homely and comfortable. Everything very much as explained. Great deck for afternoon wine and cheese. Thanks.

Best Views!
Definitely enjoyed our stay, everything was absolutely perfect & exceeded my expectations! The view was obviously a bonus. Would be surely to book again in the future.

Overall house was nice,had to clean down beaches and vacuum up when we first arrived as it had been flea bomb and cans were still placed around the house.kids were abit upset there was know Xbox 360 as described in listing but they were fine. Lovely place overall would definitely stay again.

Lovely spot for family

Great views of the Hokianga harbour and sand dunes. Very comfortable and clean accommodation with everything that we needed supplied (apart from sheets and bath towels, although this was disclosed in the listing). I would definitely recommend this property.

Not a bad place to be
We arrived at our check-in time unfortunately the guests from the previous night were still there so had to wait while they packed up. Was a little put out by this because no cleaner had gone through before we got there and we had to do dishes, and a general clean up before we could settle in. It's a wonderful place to relax and spend time with the family. Would like to stay again in future but would have to make sure someone had gone through the house before we turn up.

Utter perfection.
It’s not often we find accommodation that meets the needs of our whole whānau (including our 2 dogs) but Claude’s whare does! We loved it and we will be back. The house is tidy and perfectly meets needs, great proximity to the beach and all reasonably priced. Loved listening to waves crashing on the shore from bed.

Blissful well named accomodation.
We throughly enjoyed our stay. Well appointed property with everything we needed. Close to local shops and cafe/Opo takeaway. Wonderful views. Excellent location in quite street. We were fortunate to have an early check in and offered a later checkout. Great communication we will stay here again in future. Only thing we found was some of the doors were a little hard to open out to the deck and the main front door was hard to close. Keep getting caught. Other than that great place to stay.

Absolutely amazing!
This property is beautiful. Layout of house is easy and gives off such a homely feel. The view from the deck is breathtaking! Perfect on a sunny day. Walk to the beach is right across the road so it's a perfect location. Cannot fault this property at all. And the owner is so wonderful and easy to communicate with. Thanks so much for the early and later check in and out. We would love to come back again next time we are heading that way. Only thing I would note is I would take up own (sharp) knives and serving bowls/containers.

Peaceful place

Warm and sunny
We loved our stay in your home, perfect for our family of four and my mother. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog and enjoyed lots of walks on the beach. The property is clean and tidy, has all you need (beds comfortable too) and has a great view from the deck. Has heat pump, separate toilet, all you need in the kitchen. Also we would also recommend the Manaia footprints of Kupe, down the road, well worth the entrance fee and engaging for all ages. A lovely place to base yourself for a Hokianga experience.
