Escape to a private mountain retreat just 8 miles (20 minutes) from the EAST entrance of Zion National Park on the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort property. Our secluded cabin is nestled among the stunning ponderosa pine trees, offering you a truly remote and peaceful getaway.
With easy access to some of the most epic hikes on the East side of Zion, including Observation Point, Cable Mountain, and DeerTrap, our cabin is the perfect base for exploring the park's natural wonders. And if you're looking for a break from the crowds, you'll love the tranquility of our cabin's location.
The cabin can comfortably accommodate up to six adults, making it the ideal retreat for a family or a romantic getaway for two. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the upstairs loft area has a king and queen bed with sloped ceilings and limited headroom. The main floor has a single bathroom with a tub and shower, as well as a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.
Enjoy cooking meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The dining table seats up to 6, and the open living room area offers comfortable seating for 6, a large HD TV, and a DVD player with a small selection of DVDs. Starlink Internet. You'll also find an AC unit, heater, and beautiful electric fireplace to keep you comfortable during your stay.
Step outside onto the covered front or back porches, where you can relax on lounge chairs and fire up the gas BBQ for a delicious outdoor meal. At night, gather around the firepit for stargazing or making s'mores.
While our cabin offers seclusion and privacy, you'll find plenty to do at Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort, just 2 miles away. They offer many activities for all ages, including swimming pools, hot tubs, horseback rides, tennis and basketball courts, playground, volleyball court, ping pong, billiards, miniature golf, guided activities, and more, available at an additional cost.

Please note----- if you plan on visiting during the Winter months, (November-April) it is required to have a 4WD vehicle. The cabin is located off dirt roads that can get very muddy/slippery/snowy. The roads can get very muddy and impassable in a 2WD vehicle.

Special Note: Water for the cabin is delivered from the Ponderosa Resort to a water holding tank located at the cabin. Water for the cabin is completely safe to use but since it is held in our tank, we suggest you bring your own bottled drinking water. Water from the tap is perfectly safe and usable for cooking, showering and everything else.

There is free WIFI at the cabin . Phone service is spotty at best. Some providers may have no service at all.
