Unfortunately their billing system is completely disorganized. Beware of putting things on your room account. Beware of booking through Expedia and then having the hotel bill you wrong. And beware you will not be able to contact anyone who can help you. I’ve asked for them to send me my “folio” aka itemized receipt 5 times this week. Each time they tell me it will be emailed and then it doesn’t come. One associate even said they would personally email it to me, and I still haven’t received it.
