Dear Raffi, I am very glad that you liked the apartment and felt that the facilities were great and well maintained. I am however very disappointed that you given the apartment an overall score of only 3 stars. From your comments it seems that there were two issues which were the fact that there was no German television and the wi-fi didn't work very well. Our TV has multiple channels although none of them are German, I could have let you know this before you travelled if this was such a priority for you. The wi-fi usually works really well, we have never received any complaints so I am not sure what the problem was there. It would have been better if you had contacted me while you were there and I could have spoken directly to our provider who I'm sure would have put it right. Sorry that this effected your stay but certainly isn't usual and as mentioned could have been put right if I had know about it.

Karen has a good service.The apartment worked perfectly for us, two adult married couples. It is located on the outskirts of a nice village where we found everything we needed. We rented bicycles and experienced it quite brilliantly. We got around a lot in the area, both to other cities and inland
