Probably the last room in Oslo, I was grateful for my family room, although travelling alone. The check-in was efficient and friendly, the room spacious for one (probably an ok squeeze for a family of 4).
“Drink tapwater” a cheery sticker (honestly clarion, choice and all of you, just stop!) but no glasses were provided. In the morning I found another sticker telling me to pick up a glass in the corridor. Really?
In the morning I was told with little sentiment and less acquiescence that the hotel didn’t “do” breakfast. There were some sandwiches in the cooler /counter and there was a coffee machine so I asked if I could buy a croissant. “Only what is in the cooler” without looking up from the telephone queue she was busily manning.
