B&B i Östra Sierra

“Beautiful old style rooms and very friendly staff but thin walls = lots of noise from other guests showering/walking around and curtains in the room really need to get cleaned. Breakfast is coffee, orange juice, cereals with milk and when we stayed there a hot breakfast burrito. I appreciate the effort of serving hot breakfast by the order but I would rather have a larger, more generous buffet of cold alternatives such as more cereal options, muesli, yoghurt, bread.”

“We résolu liked station here. The only thing is that the walls are to thin and you can hear everything which woke me up a couple times. The breakfast that is included is more like a snack.”

“Overall the place was nice. The biggest problem was parking. There were not enough parking spaces for all of the guests. Every time we arrived after our day out we were scrambling to find a place to park. You couldn't park on the streets because you would be towed”

“The place is really simple, but it was comfortable, quiet, and I had everything I needed. The floors could have been swept a little more, and maybe an ice machine would have been helpful. I was there 3 days and didn't see an employee once; however, they had everything covered up front, and I really didn't need anyone! Amazing! I would stay here again!”

“I liked the location. I didn’t like that there was used Kleenex under the bed from who know when. The the tub was dirty when I arrived. The “king suite”had a jacuzzi tub in the picture but no jets do it was a large bathtub for two. There was just enough hot water to fill the tub bot after that there wasn’t enough hot water to take a shower after. The breakfast was just a few breakfast bars milk and expired orange juice. I had to ask for someone to refill my breakfast food if I didn’t they...

“Nobody is properly managing how guests are parking here - instead it turns into a free for all - be prepared to argue with other guests who parked like crap - blocking spaces. In short we had to fight with at least two guests because we were forced to park in a way that blocked them all in (which was the instructions the manager gave us because they didn't tell these guests AHEAD OF TIME to park better). We were awakened at 6:30 am by someone laying into their horn waking up the entire place,...

“The hot water lasted less then 10 minutes and did not replenish for hours! The breakfast was 4 oz sesame street box juices and 2 prepackaged pancakes the size of of a hockey puck. To warm them up there was a toaster... That did not work! There was cream cheese but no beagles or toast. Seriously want my money back for this stay!!!”

“The lack of an employees on the grounds to accommodate needs was dumbfounding. The owner also complained about providing a rollaway bed even though it was listed on the advertisement.”

“The sofa bed is a very a very small cheap collage form size futon not designed to sleep on as advertised by stating sofa bed. So don’t be fooled. The property is not near the mountain ”

“When we arrived to Check in there was no one around, but I did find our room # on the 2nd floor @ the very end of the hall with outside access to a stair straight to the ground at 22 steps. We have a booked 14 mo Min Schnauzer which had to be carried up & down numerous times. The room was a combo of Queen size bed (for sleep & seating) Bathroom, & Coffee station. There was no microwave for defrosting food or reheating coffee or beverages. It reminded me of a 50's vintage motel @ maybe 12 sq'!”
