“Our second visit and it certainly did not disappoint. From our arrival, being met in the car park, through our stay to the very last minute, the staff could not do enough for us. Room was spacious and well laid out. Lemon cake already in the room was delicious. Grounds are amazing especially if like me, you are interested in plants, their growth and wellbeing. The orchard and veg/herb gardens are a joy. We opted for the tasting menu which was wonderful. Strawberry dessert was to die...

“Simple place, nothing fancy. But clean, had good AC, big bathroom, comfortable beds. Horrible shower though, with weak steam and difficulties setting the temperature. Great location if you want to be close to the train station and the bus station for airport busses. Overall good value for the money. ”
