From the most comfortable mattress in the master bedroom to having all of the beach items that a family would need for the beach. The kitchen was full of all of the utensils, pots pans, and so much more. And to top everything off the views were absolutely AMAZING on both sides the Gulf side and the bay side for the beautiful sunrise...

“The property was very pretty, just as the pictures reflect. It is a short walk to the beach. The location is great. Felt very safe and it is well lit. The property had everything i needed from cutting boards, coriander, to a blender for the margaritas. The host was very responsive, and mentioned that based off feedback from last people who stayed, the mattress on the pull out couch was worn so he ordered a mattress topper the day we arrived. “Came to the area for a college visit with my daughter and her friend. Stayed the night to go to the beach. Condo was a great location to the beach. Had everything we needed for a quick trip. Check in and check out was very easy. I would stay here again.”

“It was a great little place. Setup like a studio apartment. On the 1st level and close to the atrium pool. With the Sofa bed pulled out there is about a 3 foot walkway between it and the bed which was plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again. Pictures do not do this place justice. ”

“Great location. We wanted to be on the north side of the island on the water. Property had 2 pools & 2 hot tubs that were very clean. No heaters on the pools which was a bummer so nobody swam as it was freezing. Property was super clean however & the couches & chairs facing the ocean were a definite bonus. our condo was very clean & updated.”
