Peor anfitrión imposible
La casa estaba muy dejada y sucia.El árbol de Navidad todavía estaba puesto en semana santa ( eso demuestra la dejadez) Olor a humedad en las habitaciones. La batidora no funcionaba y llamamos al anfitrión que nos dijo que compráramos una y que luego nos haría un bizum( todavía estamos esperándolo). Hemos contactado varias veces con el anfitrión y no nos ha ingresado el dinero. Todo esto está en conocimiento de Vrbo que también está esperando la respuesta del anfitrión ( no les contesta ni al teléfono) La conclusión es que no recomiendo esta casa para nada.Si tenéis una reserva cancelad

What a great location
The house is beautifully situated and ideal for beach holidays. You can quickly get to Palamos, even on foot along a very beautiful promenade. Unfortunately, a neighbouring house was being renovated, which caused some noise. But we still liked it very much and would like to come again. Santi was a very good and uncomplicated host. Thank you

Der Blick schlägt alles
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Die Lage und der Blick sind einfach spitze. Allerdings ist das Objekt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste an einigen Stellen modernisiert werden. Auch müssten die Matratzen und quitschenden Betten erneuert werden. Die Korrespondenz mit dem Vermieter war stets zügig und freundlich

Goed van ver, ver van goed
Bij aankomst was het verblijf ronduit vuil, stof op de legplanken van de kasten, elke stoel lag vol kruimels, douche met een vuile doek opgekuist tot zelfs een gebruikt maandverband in 1 van de vuilbakjes... vele excuses van de eigenaar, maar eigenlijk geen oplossing aangeboden. Dan het huis. Het uitzicht is mooi en daar stopt het. Elk terrasmeubel is verroest, in zowat elke kamer pelt de verf van het plafond, kleine dingen zoals de douche kop/slang zijn stuk, het stopcontact van de tv hangt uit de muur....in elke kamer is er wel iets. We zijn 2 dagen ipv de geboekte 7 dagen gebleven. Vooraleer we hier een hele hoop feedback over krijgen. We waren ons ervan bewust dat het geen nieuw huis is en dat de prijs scherp is (hoewel... )maar we verwachten ALTIJD een propere woonst EN dat we op zn minst in een woning hebben waar we niet constant moeten uitkijken waar we gaan zitten (roest) welke badkamer we gebruiken enz enz. De andere reviewers zijn enthousiast, wij hebben dit helemaal niet zo ervaren.

vraie maison de vacances
super emplacement et vue magnifique . L’aménagement est assez basique mais il ne manque rien . Seul bémol, la literie mais l'emplacement et la vue le font oublier...!

Situation de rêve. Vue magnifique
Nous avons passé une super semaine dans la villa de Santi. Les contacts avec le propriétaires étaient très faciles et réguliers. La vue est splendide et l'accès à la plage est direct. Seuls points négatifs sont la literie qui était peu confortable et la propreté qui est à approfondir.

Casa con vistas espectaculares
La ubicación inmejorable, como las vistas. El propietario es muy amable y nos permitió salir más tarde, ya que no tenía reservas esperando para entrar. La casa dispone de todo lo necesario y parece que la han renovado recientemente. Tiene un jardín espacioso, perfecto si llevas mascota. Y dispone de espacio para aparcar. La única pega, algunas de las camas no eran muy cómodas, igual que uno de los sofás. Aun así, disfrutamos muchísimo la estancia y volveremos en cuanto tengamos la ocasión.

Das Haus kann ich/wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! Es war sauber ausreichend geräumig und die direkte Lage zum Strand und der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer waren perfekt. Auch die Nähe zur nächsten Ortschaft (Palamos war fußläufig in 15 min zu erreichen und hat eine kleine, nette Fußgängerzone, einen weiteren Strand und mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) war super!

Amazing Vista's
We had a wonderful time at Santi's place. The house is indeed in a special and secluded location. Waking up every morning was a joy as we sat on the terrace, drinking coffee and contemplated the beauty of the Mediterrean landscape.

Endroit de rêve !
La localisation est idyllique sur une petite plage calme et sans trop de commerces, idéale pour démarrer de sympathiques promenades à pied. La région est une terre de gourmandise : ne ratez pas le marché aux poissons quotidien sur le port de Palamos ! La vue est l'atout majeur de la maison, toute en lumière et entièrement orientée vers le bleu de la mer. L'intérieur est simple et fonctionnel, les salles de douches modernes et pratiques. Un seul petit bémol sur la literie, un peu trop ferme à notre goût. Merci à Joan Carles pour son accueil, sa gentillesse, sa flexibilité et sa disponibilité !

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am Strand
Tolles Haus mit absolut traumhaften Ausblick. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind einfach traumhaft mit dieser Aussicht. Sehr geräumig, absolut sauber und ordentlich. Schlafräume sind eher einfach gehalten aber auch sehr sauber. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, ebenfalls top. Auf Nachfrage gab es direkt weitere frische Handtücher. Super Service. Ebenfalls wurden uns sofort auf Anfrage Radsportruten zur Verfügung gestellt. Tolles Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren zu viert zu Gast und würden gerne wiederkommen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzliche Grüße an unsere Vermieter

Traumhafte Lage über der "Platja la Fosca"
Die direkte Lage an der La Fosca ist traumhaft! Einen Kaffe auf der Terasse zu trinken und dabei die eigenen Kinder im Meer schwimmen sehen - perfekt! Ein Geschirrspühler wäre "nice to have" ansonsten ist das Haus sehr gut eingerichtet. Auch der Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Aussendusche, Wäscheleine ist gut ausgestattet. Toller Service mit Bettwäsche und Duschtücher. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Tomas ist sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Gerne wieder!

Incredible location with fantastic views
I was a little dubious of booking this place as there were no reviews but the pictures sold it to me and I wasnt disappointed.'House of Unique Location' is indeed an accurate description. There are very few houses in La Fosca directly on the seafront, and fewer still that have the unique combination of outstanding views and privacy. The house is probably one of only four that offers its guests privacy and yet amazing views of the coastline. The house has a wonderful terrace that provides shade from the sun so its possible to sit out anytime of the day. There are steps that lead down to the beach which arent suitable for elderly and infirm but its also possible to walk around to the side street and youre on the beach in a couple of minutes. The house itself has everything you might need including a washer on the roof terrace with a great washing line up high. The furnishings are a little rustic but we figured if the accommodation was luxurious, it wouldnt be affordable to most. Communication with the host was excellent at all times and this is so important, especially when a property has little or no reviews. The host was always very helpful and quick to reply. There isnt an information pack but we really didnt need one. Mostly its self explanatory and anything else, you can easily message the host. The area is pretty and has fantastic hikes both directions. The beach isnt too busy in the week (mid June) but we found it was packed out at weekends. Time to return to the tranquility of the terrace. There is a well stocked, slightly expensive Spar shop. Those with a car or who dont mind a 30 minute walk, can take a trip into the large neighbouring town of Panamos. There are quite a few restaurants in La Fosca which I must admit, we found quite disappointing, in terms of being either over priced and mediocre or basic standard of food. Aside from the icecream parlour, none of the vendors were friendly either. We are used to holidaying in Greece and we noticed quite a contrast, which was a shame. We simply ate and left quickly and in hindsight, we wished we had taken advantage of eating on the terrace more. Our review is based on those eateries on the main promenade. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and I would defintely recommend the house
