Beautifully Decorated and Remodeled Condo in Palm Desert Resort!

INDOORS
The newly furnished condo offers a beautiful kitchen and a living room that opens up to the patio view of the golf course. The large Smart TV features cable service and apps.  The dining table is located close to the BBQ for those who like to grill!  The kitchen features new counter-tops, new appliances and a beautiful breakfast counter.   The patio features 3 burner BBQ, Fire-Pit, and two chaises for catching rays!

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Main Bedroom features a king bed, large closet, ceiling fan, 42in smart TV, and views of the golf course!  The Guest Bedroom features a queen bed, closet, ceiling fan and a half bath.

OUTDOORS
The patio is accessible from the living and master bedroom and provides endless views of the desert skies.  The outdoor firepit is perfect for cozying up during the colder months and enjoying a glass of wine with friends or family.  Enjoy catching sun and the views in the chaise lounge chairs! The community pool is just across the street ad to the right from the front of the unit. Palm Desert Resort Country Club has a regulation 18 hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools & spas, and Clubhouse. Membership is required to use Tennis and Pickleball courts. Gated Community with 24 hour security. The Palm Desert Resort is a gem in Palm Desert!

Great location!
We enjoyed our stay. The location on the 10th fairway was great! Morning sun for coffee on the patio. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need!

The Palm Desert Resorter property was wonderful! The community was clean, gated and the people were very friendly! Love the golf course it was a pleasure to play & it was is excellent shape! We will definitely be back!

PDRCC
We enjoyed our stay at PDRCC. This condo is clean and well equipped, including fresh bath and bed linens and large screen TVs in both the main room and master bedroom. The host was responsive to my questions. At the time of our stay the golf course was closed for reseeding so cannot report on it; the Pickleball Club has short-term memberships available, and Freedom Park across the Country Club Drive also has pickleball courts. Would stay again.
