Hotellet är jättebra. Flera pooler att välja på. Tyärr hade jag otur att våran ac på rummet gick sönder första natten och det blev bra varmt att försöka sova den natten. Personalen ordnade ac:n nästa morgon och sedan fungerade det bra. Hade bokat tre nätter men tyvärr måste vi checka ut efter två för att dom stängde ner bohol på grund av corona viruset. Hade önskat att hotellet kunde betala tillbaka för en natt, men tyvärr verkar dom inte göra det. Har bokat ett annat hotell under min vistele i filippinerna och dom betalade tillbaka hela beloppet på grund av corona viruset när vi måste avboka.

Underbara Bohol och Henann Resort.
Den bästa vistelsen på Filippinerna. Helt otroligt pool område. Frukosten helt magnifik... Ett av de bättre slagen... Nära och smidig väg/travel från Cebu med Ocian jet, och pickup på piren i Tagbilaran. Återkommer absolut till detta underbara Hotel. Ps. Halva priset på drinkarna vid nedre pool baren mellan kl 17-19.

Wonderful
I had a great stay! All the staff was so polite and kind. The hotel had all that you needed, restaurants, great pools and close to the beach. Spacious room. Henann is the place to stay at in the Alona beach area.

Underbart hotell. Stora fina rum,rent och fint.All personal var var så trevliga och sa godmorgon eller godkväll när man kom.Det fejades överallt. Pool områdena 3 stycken var helt fantastiska och restaurangerna höll en hög standard. Ligger precis på stranden Alona betch där man kunde gå på kvällen med olika restauranger och härlig miljö. Frukosten var oxå helt fantastiska,fanns allt och vi gick till en restaurang på området som var lite lugnare och där fick man beställa vad man ville av alacarten utan extra kostnad. Ett riktigt lyxställe där man kände sej väl omhändertagen. Rekommenderar verkligen detta ställe och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Charter för koreaner och kineser - lyxen försvann
Det är ett fint hotell med fina polområden. Henann är dock charterstället för koreanerna och kineserna som kommer i stora busslast och är inte rädda för att ta plats. Vår toa strulade också och det var först efter två påminnelser som de åtgärdade felet. Någon vidare kompensation var det inte tal om. Finns bättre och mer prisvärda hotell i området. Men har ni precis bokat detta så kommer ni nog kunna få det trevligt ändå.

Best resort i´ve stayed at!
We stayed in one of the 12 (or 14?) Villas, with private pool and everything. The staff treated us so well we felt like superstars. The staff was really amazing and nice. Only bad thing was that the younger boys in the staff was hitting on my girl everytime she went through the gates to the villas without me. She felt not so good about it. First day was ok but after that she thought it was too much. But it was only 2 young boys in the staff. Everything else was super. Would defenielty stay here again. World class!! 5/5!!!

Almost perfect
Henan resorts in Philippines is always the best choice and this particular Henan resort is no exception. We stayed in a "Pool-villa" and it was absolutely marvellous. Astoning service, very nice villas and perfect situation in the resort. Best is the small lounge (with free drinks and canapes) and the breakfast a la carte exklusively for villa-guests. The food in the exkl restaurant Christinas is excellent but a bit pricy. The private pools in the villas have to cold water and is not as clean as the public pools. Tv in the villas are not working perfect, very bad picture (in both our companies villas).

Potentially a very nice resort, however lots of strict rules due to major Korean people occupancy (example: sunbeds cannot be moved out of shades if they're not falling within a straight line with the others) and some major misunderstanding/unclearness on extras payments mechanism. There is no clear way to debit everything to check out and sometimes you feel being chased after for payments. Amenities are good and new all over, but the beach itself was seaweeds infested and pretty dirty. We didn't enjoy much diving in the sea to be honest and it was a shame, Alona Beach was recommended to us for being the best beach in the island multiple times. All considered, there's definitely much improvement in the offer quality/rate ratio in our opinion,as the nightly rate is definitely not cheap for the island (probably the most expensive)

The Henann villas in Alona are our home for a few days when we visit family in Bohol. My little one and I can enjoy the small pool 24/7, which perfectly accommodates our wake times from jet lag. The staff has been friendly (improved over the years), and the response time to phone calls and issues have been quicker. The only thing I would suggest and wish is for the return of the breakfast buffet for their Villa guests at Christina’s café (instead of at the current general buffet places at the Coral and Sea Breeze locations). Also, they should accomodate more for minors who are staying at the Villa when it comes to using (and enjoying) the Lounge. Maybe use the outdoor part of the Lounge for those adults who are drinking alcoholic beverages, and allow kids to use the indoor/air conditioned space? The current situation I find to be too discriminating for kids and for the guest families who are staying at the Villa. I strongly suggest a more FAMILY-friendly setup. Thanks!

Henann is one of my most favorite resorts! Our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious! They have 4 restaurants, pool bars and room service was awesome! The pools were amazing, 4 large ones. My most favorite is the beachfront infinity pool. They’re closed late so you can enjoy after tours to unwind. This place is great for the whole family.

The property was beautiful and well kept to the smallest detail. The resort staff in every area were extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly. This is the best resort we ever stayed at. It was was a privilege being a guest and we will definately be back hopefully in the same Villa.

직원들이 친절해서 지내기는 매우 좋았습니다. 체크인 할때도 요구사항을 잘 들어주시고 하우스키핑 서비스도 생각보다 빨랐습니다. 조식은 그냥 먹을만한 정도입니다. 해변가쪽 칵테일바에서 해피아워 시간에 이용했는데 서버가 맘대로 팁을 100페소 제외하고 잔돈을 주어서 그게 좀 어이가 없었지만 수영장도 넓고 도보로 주변 음식점이나 카페를 이용하기 편했습니다. 전체적으로 훌륭했지만 수건에서 너무 냄새가 나고 어메니티가 너무 별루라… 그 점이 매우 아쉬워 별 하나를 뺐어요… 또 체크아웃을 하고 디파짓을 바로 환불을 안 한건지… 환불처리가 아직 안 되고 있네요 ㅠㅠ

Great place probably the best location in Panglao. It’s right in the beach. We had a premier room & it was huge. We ordered room service for dinner a couple of times as it was so cheap. Breakfast is excellent caters for everyone. Will definitely be back. Loved it.

The room can be remodeled will be better. There is an additional charge on using swimming pool after u check out. Overall, the hotel is nice, location is convenient, the swimming pool and the beach are beautiful.

The facilities are good, but the service mind...
It is located on the beach side and has good landscaping. The room facilities are a bit old. The cleanliness is a bit disappointing, but it is acceptable. The facilities were overall satisfactory, and the breakfast was closer to a 4-star level than a 5-star level. Personally, I had an accident and was hospitalized in the intensive care unit and requested to cancel or adjust my schedule, but it was rejected. All other hotels canceled or postponed it, but only Haenan Hotel refused. This is a lack of service mind and a lack of mind towards customers. Please make a reservation taking into account that the schedule cannot be canceled or changed...

One major complaint that is easily fixed. For four days the same 6-7 at the pool. Simply awful.. I was informed they can’t change. Certainly enough not to return. Everything else was good. Sadly this one thing is enough to ruin any one’s time. Shame on management for not picking up on this

Well kept beautiful resort. From reception to room attendants, concierge, bell-boys and beach staff everyone was attentive, ready to help and make our stay a pleasant experience.
