There is always one a year that will complain no matter what. You clearly didn't read the description. Yes occasionally mice can get inside. It's a cabin in the mountains. There are traps and poison of one gets in. I mentioned this in the description. Your wife complained I didn't provide keurig cups. Nowhere did I claim to provide coffee. As for the mattress I can't make everyone happy. It's soft but I have head guests reach out to me asking where they can buy the same mattress. Many other renters have stated the cabin is clean. As for the chairs there was one that was loose. I tightened and glued it and it was fine. It may be loose again but I haven't been able to go to the cabin because it's been booked for months with happy vacationers. I'll just throw the chair away at this point. If you read how I responded to another complaint and didn't like it you should not have ever rented my place. The majority of the reviews are very good but you can't make everyone happy especially people with unreasonable expectations. In fact the next guest after you left a review how great it was and they will be back next year.

After the discussion with the guest I have added to the description of the cabin that if you aren’t comfortable setting a trap of a mouse shows up to not rent the cabin. This is a cabin in the woods and sometimes a mouse can find a way In. Unfortunately this is what we all deal with as cabin owners in the mountains. I went up to the cabin immediately after and set 8 traps and put out poison. We didn’t catch a single mouse. Saying there were mice everywhere in the cabin is a huge exaggeration. Future guests please see other reviews, the cabin is very clean and an excellent value. Some people should maybe stay in the city.....
