Rymligt fräscht rum med härligt ljusinsläpp
Bra läge i Marais. Tryggt område och massor av trevliga butiker, caféer och restauranger. Stort, tyst och rent rum med skön säng och franska balkonger in mot gården. Stort plus med delat badrum och möjlighet till stort ljusinsläpp- härligt att kunna öppna och njuta. Liten - för gymmet i källaren. Enligt min mening alldeles för litet och tråkig miljö.

Tyvärr så stämde inte rummet vi bokade med annonsen på Hotells.com. Vi fick ett sämre rum än det vi ville ha och klagade i receptionen. Vi fick prata med deras ansvarige som snyggt ordnade till en uppgradering till Junior Svit. Den var bra. Synd att inte den första natten blev det vi tänkte.

Looks nice but wouldn´t stay again
The room look nice and clean. The door to the room was not sound proof or even straight enough keep you from seeing in the room from the hall way. The door too the bath have had to be sawn to be able to close. the bed was hard as a concrete floor, the toilett plumming was not tight so water was dripping on to the floor. The holder for the shower was terribly misplaced and aloud water to spray all over the bathroom. Breakfast... not worht it at all! poor coffee, nothing to choose from. I´m not picky but this was a joke.

K1 var ett mycket bekvämt och fräscht hotell. Jag bodde där 4 nätter och trivdes. Latinamerikanska temat var roligt (finns ett stort akvarium med ödlor) och baren och maten passade fint. Bästa guacamolen jag ätit! Dessutom fanns det en hemlig tequila bar i anslutning till hotellet som var suverän!

Fräscht hotell med ett superbra läge. Enda nackdelen är att personalen inte talar franska och att det lätt blir missförstånd. Men å andra sidan så talar ju nästan ingen fransman engelska.

Nytt, hippt och centralt.
Jag och min fru bodde på detta hotell en natt då vi hälsade på hos en vän i Paris. Läget är perfekt om man vill bo i mitten av Paris. Hotellet är helt nytt, personalen är personliga och mycket hjälpsamma. Mycket prisvärt.

Design without quality
The hotel was newly renovated, but without both skill and quality. The lock on our door was broken, the spots in the ceiling hanging out of their holes and the wardrobe doors not aligned. However, the staff was very sweet and service minded and despite the dodgy look of the street outside, the hotel was well situated with walking distance to many nice spots in both the 3rd and the 11th arrondissement. We chose the hotel from the nice photo of the courtyard, where we pictured ourselves at breakfast. However, we never found any trace of a courtyard.

Hormis le cadre central et géographique de l établissement, l’hôtel ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles suivant les critères Frances mais plutôt un bon 3 étoiles. La salle de bain a besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. Pas de décaféiné, pas de plat chaud hormis en supplément. J’ai connu mieux. Je recommande mais pas au prix affiché à la réception…

Great spot to stay in, in a great neighborhood. The hotel was clean and offered great food/drink options within the building. There were so many great places within walking distance and the metro station was right next to the hotel.

I travel to Paris business often, I chose this hotel because I use to live in that area for many years. This hotel has gone through many changes and not for the better. I like the fact that the rooms are big and I can’t hear the people in rooms next to it. However the first floor in the back side of the hotel you can hear bar noise till 2 am, the hotel in general is getting rundown. In some of the rooms the showers suck, the front door to the hotel was broken during my stay. The room keys often don’t work, my mini fridge wasn’t working .. I think you get my point.

They put me in a room on the first floor, these rooms you can hear the bar till 2:00am. I’ve repeatedly ask not to be in these rooms but some how still get in them. The woman at the front desk was rude to me when I ask ti be changed or refunded. I will never stay in this hotel again.
