Dugligt hotell
Hotellet var fint, trevlig personal! Dammigt/smutsigt golv, väldigt liten toa men räcker om man har det i åtanke. 50 meter till Metro som tar dig runt i Paris vilket är grymt! Överlag trevligt hotell, minibar finns INTE i rummet som det står i beskrivningen! Utöver minibaren som saknades, dammiga golv så är jag nöjd, återvänder gärna med tanke på priset.

Bra hotell nära Metro
Hotellet såg ut som på bilderna, helt klart värt för att vara ett billigt hotell. Enda som går att klaga på var wi-fi som kunde vara långsamt.

Ett hotell som var perfekt för sightseeingsemestern. Städning dagligen. God plats på rummet. Väldigt liten entré till hotellet. Åt aldrig frukosten. När till Metro och gångavstånd till mycket.

hotel nära EXPO mässan Port de Versailles
Hotellet ligger perfekt i anslutning till tunnelbanan och 4 stationer från mässområdet. Var positivt överraskad från början men hade bokat ett Twinbed room och fick en liten dubbelsäng + tältsäng. Detta var inte ok. Frukosten var enklast möjliga och var absolut inte värd 90 Euro. Borde gått att boka hemifrån för att veta att det inte ingick och att det kostade så mycket. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam tills det var något fel då var de inte tillmötesgående.//ulrica

Location, location, location - But not much else
We stayed at the Avia Montparnasse for 5 nights. First, the location is really good. The Pasteur Metro station is just arounf the corner, let´s say a 20 seconds walk. There is absolutely no noise from the Metro though. But then, the location is more or less all there is. No noise from the Metro, but this is probably mostly because the noise from the street , from time to time, is so loud it covers it. Make sure to get a room facing the back yard, then the noise will not at all be a problem. There is no AC, and on the seventh floor (the extremely small elevator only goes up to a floor between fifth and sixth floor, meaning you have to walk three winding stairs to seventh) it gets extremely hot. We had 25 degrees outdoors, but probably 35 degrees or more indoors. Opening the window didn´t do much either. In the hallways there is quite a bad, musty smell, but it isn´t overwhelming. Let´s put it like this, if I had that smell at my house I would call the insurance company and a builder right away. But the smell is only in the hallways, not in the rooms. The carpets are quite stained as well, but also this only applies to the hallways. To summarize this point, the hallways is a lot worse than the rooms. The rooms then, as said before we had a room on the seventh floor, I would have preferred pretty much anything else (because of the heat). The room itself was really small, but I understand that this is standard in Paris. The carpet looked clean, and so did the linens. The bathroom was my main concern. There were two light fixtures, one spotligt and one ordinary mirror light. The spotlight was broken, and all rusty. Looked as it hadn´t worked in a long time. The mirror light had a broken glass, and a flickering light. There were stains on the wall and on the floor in bathroom. The shower was so small that I couldn´t shut the door while showering (I wear a size medium and is slightly below average height). The drain was quite clogged which made the water level rise in the shower, quite disgusting. In addition to this all of the shelves in the bathroom were loose and lacked som of its fastenings. The overall condition was poor. The 1.40 m broad bed was quite comfortable. We didn´t use the TV , but from just having flipped through the channels once I only got 3 channels to work, two french and RTL. We used the minibar mainly as a fridge. It wasn´t the place were you spontaniously fetl like opening a bottle of champagne. To summarize, the room was better than the hallways and the rest of the premises. The bathroom was the real downpart. If you are staying here, you should really lock all your valuables in the safety deposit box (or even better, take them with you). I asked one of the cleaning ladies to open another room up, since our friends were staying there and I were to borrow their computer. She didn´t understand my English but she opened the room up anyways, gave me all the time I needed in the room (she walked away and carried on cleaning another room) and then watched me leave with the computer and charger. When reading all this you need to keep in mind that the rooms are really cheap. Me and my wife would never ever stay here again, but our friends seemed quite satisfied. I would say that this is around the same quality as Formula 1, with the only difference that the rooms have it own bathrooms. If you are fine with Formula 1, you will be fine with this. If you are not fine with Formula 1, you will defnitely not be fine with Avia.

Litet hotell, nära metrostation. Rummen små men välstädade. Fungerar bra för en kort turistvistelse. Har återvänt själv flera gånger.

Easily accessible - 1 min walk to Metro station. It takes 15-20 minutes to famous Eiffel Tower by Metro. Restaurants around the hotel are good. The room is little too old. Soundproofing needs to be improved. I can hear baby crying and guests talking from the other room. The shower is semi-open. Water can easily spill onto the floor. The kettle are not clean. I don't use it anyway.

- Found Hotel Avia Saphir Montparnasse a great value and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check in is easy and hassle free. And the breakfast each morning was just awesome. All you could ever need for an American style breakfast or a "continental breakfast.” And the Pasteur Métro is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door of the hotel. Pasteur has two very convenient lines. Line 6 and Line 12. Also shopping about a five minute walk. A big Monoprix just across from Gare Montparnasse. Other small shopping options much closer. And the stop for a RATP bus line is steps from the front door. Now the rooms are not huge. But you are in Paris to see and do things. Not spend time at a hotel. Also a small mini fridge in each room and a coffe maker and coffee and tea. So if you want to shop for food at Monoprix you're all set. Not a fancy neighborhood, more of a working class area and I did not feel unsafe here at all. So I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Personnel aimable, chambre calme, confortable et bien équipée. Possibilité de se faire un café ou un thé dans la chambre. Il y a également un petit frigo. A 8 minutes à pieds de la gare Montparnasse. De nombreux restaurants à proximité. Seul bémol, l'ascenseur ne dessert que par demi-niveaux, gênant avec une valise encombrante ...

Great location very clean and comfortable
This hotel was well located. Just away from the touristy area but centrally located right next to the subway station which takes you everywhere very efficiently. Restaurants and cafes nearby are also all great.

Hôtel propre, bien insonorisé, trés bon accueil, personnel serviable. A 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Satisfaite de la nuit. Je recommande cet hôtel. Attention entre le 6ème et le 7ème étage, pas d’ascenseur.

Some of the staff was polite but the gentleman that was there the night we checked in was rude. The water in the sink wasn't draining and the room smelled like sewage. All he said when we told him was "ok."

Café da manhã bem simples, 10 euros por pessoa, não acho que vale a pena pelo que oferece. Chegamos estava bem limpo e organizado, porém Ficamos 7 dias e eles “limparam” só 1 vez, e muito mal por sinal!

Simple et efficace
Hôtel parfait pour une visite de la ville. Bien situé, propre, moderne, literie très confortable, accueil sympathique. Petit déjeuner très bien, il y a ce qu'il faut à prix correct.

Bem localizado e café da manhã bom. Quarto era pequeno e devido a pandemia da COVID 19 só era limpo mediante solicitação na recepção.

À conseiller vraiment !!
Séjour très reussi, grâce à l’accueil de l’hôtel, le confort de l’hôtel et tout le personnel ! De l’accueil, au service du petit déjeuner en chambre, au veilleur(se) de nuit, au service conciergerie qui m’a permis de passer une dernière journée sans valise à traîner !! Merciiiiii

Stanza carina, piccola e abbastanza pulita ma poco insonorizzata. Personale gentile ma quando ho avuto bisogno di un taxi non sono stati in grado di chiamarlo pur avendo detto il contrario.
