Perfekt läge och utmärkt personal.
Ett utomordentligt trevligt lite hotell mitt i mellan Triumfbågen och Eiffeltornet. Personalen var genomgående mycket tillmötesgående och serviceinriktade. Frukostmatsalen som många skriver om är kanske i minsta laget, men de serverar gärna frukosten på rummet utan extra kostnad (än frukosten förstås) Tips: boka ett rum på 5:e våningen då har ni egen balkong där ni kan äta er frukost med utsikt mot toppen på Eiffeltornet!

The Staff here is amazing and polite. The receptionist (from Senegal…pardon for not knowing her name) was outstanding!! I would come back just for her as she was very helpful. One downside is we missed out on our anniversary photo shoot in front of the Eiffel Tower because we could not iron the night before as the electricity kept shutting off. The gentleman on duty did not recommend switching irons, which is what we did the next day but it was too late. That was highly disappointing. Otherwise the location and people were very helpful.

Wir waren mit unserem Hotel-Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer, das wir in der Deluxe-Kategorie gebucht hatten, war mit 30 qm überraschend groß für Paris und sogar mit einem kleinen Balkon ausgestattet, was den Charme noch erhöhte. Die geschmackvolle und moderne Einrichtung sowie die praktische Aufteilung von Bad und WC trugen erheblich zu unserem Wohlgefühl bei. Besonders die Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne im Bad war ein Pluspunkt. Die Lage des Hotels konnte nicht besser sein – der Triumphbogen und die Champs-Élysées waren nur etwa 10 Minuten entfernt, und der Eiffelturm lag auch nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Dies machte es zum perfekten Ausgangspunkt für unsere Erkundungen in Paris. Ein kleines Missverständnis beim Check-out wegen der Abrechnung von zwei Wasserflaschen wurde vom Hotel schnell und zufriedenstellend gelöst. Die Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße, die einfach per App zu handhaben sind, bieten eine flexible Lösung für Autofahrer. Dieses Hotel ist definitiv zu empfehlen, wenn man Wert auf geräumige Zimmer, eine zentrale Lage und ein faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis legt. Unser dreitägiger Aufenthalt, inklusive eines Tages im Disneyland, wurde durch diese Unterkunft ideal abgerundet.

Not luxury, but nice hotel. Friendly staff. They are very diligent to ask you for extra accommodations before arriving. I requested ropes and slippers (extra $15) Unfortunately, they were out of stock when I brought this to their attention. They do have available irons and other things you usually find in other hotels. You must ask for them to get them.

New Year in Paris
This hotel has a great location, less than 10 min walk to the Champs-Élysées. Staff was very friendly and rooms although small were very clean.

The A/C wasn’t able to be controlled from the room, it has to be controlled from the front desk as a request & it never worked, every day the room was hot, even with the heaters off and the window opened.
