I am so so happy with my stay at Hotel de Sevres. The staff was super lovely and service was great! I can really recommend this place.

Little french oasis
We had a fantastic stay at Hotel De Sevres, very friendly staff, a lovely clean room with a French balcony to enjoy the mornings - the bed was so comfortable. The hotel is located in a nice area, lots of good restaurants around. We loved this choice of hotel!

We had a nice room that was perfect for our three night stay with a helpful front desk staff. This property must've been recently renovated as the bathrooms were especially nice. The area is very close to everything and i would recommend it.

The staff were all excellent, accommodating and helpful. The condition of the rooms were a little run down especially 55. The rooms were not kept up as to the condition of the ground floor rooms. The shower head would keep falling off the holder because the holder was worn and couldn't be tightened to hold the shower head at the proper angle for showering. Excellent hot water though.

처음 체크인 할때 저녁에 리셉션에 계시던 분의 착오로 이전에 메일로 안내받은 방을 받지 못했습니다. 이 호텔은 3층까지만 리노베이션이 되어있고, 4층부터는 매우 오래되고 더러운 방이 있습니다. 저는 그전에 메일로 3층의 스트릿 사이드 방을 받기로 되어 있었으나 4층의 방을 받았습니다. 그방은 금연방임에도 불구하고 냄새나고 매우 더러웠습니다. 제가 체크인 할 당시에 제 뒤에 3팀 정도의 백인 손님이 추가로 체크인 하는걸 보았고, 저는 리셉션에 가서 방을 잘못준거 같으니 바꿔달라고 하였지만 풀북이라 방을 못바꿔 준다고 하였습니다. 담당자는 다음날이 되어봐야 어떤방으로 바꿔줄수 있는지 말해줄수 있다고 하였고, 저는 다음날 오후가 되서야 뷰가 없는 코치사이드의 3층 방을 받을 수 있었습니다. 3층과 4층의 객실 청결, 노후화 차이는 엄청납니다. 같은 값을 주고 이렇게 다른 퀄리티의 방을 이용해야 한다면 저는 다시는 이 호텔을 찾지 않을 것입니다. 체크인 할 당시에 계시던 분 말고는, 낮과 밤에 일하시는 모든 분들은 친절했습니다. 봉마르쉐 백화점과 뤽상브루, 생제르망 거리에서 가까우나 체크인 당시 생겼던 문제 때문에 이 호텔을 추천하기는 어렵습니다. 또한 화잘실 배수가 잘 되지 않으며 청소 담당자도 제대로 청소를 하지 않습니다.

Charming hotel and staff. Small room, decent sized bathroom. good pressure and hot water in the shower. Good neighborhood to walk around and close to several metro stations. We booked thru orbitz and had an extra adult in the room so we probably got the worst room in the hotel. Bottom floor, view of the roof of the breakfast area. Some rooms had balconies and looked much better. TV had no stations in english. All in all I was still pleased with the hotel and would highly recomend it, just ask for a room on a higher floor.

I recently had a terrible experience staying at the Hotel De Sevres in Paris. I booked a room with kitchenette, dining table, and balcony facing the street, but when I arrived, they gave me a tiny room with a blocked balcony and small beds not kitchen or dining area. The air conditioning and the blackout curtains were ineffective, and the customer service was appalling. I showed my booking to the person at desk but he refused to change our room. I contacted Hotels.com the same night and I stayed on the phone with them until 2:00 AM they spoke with hotel but hotel refused to refund. Hotels.com person said everything else in area is sold out too. I am writing this review to warn other travellers to avoid this hotel. It is a small, poorly run establishment that does not live up to its online photos.

Thank you for your misleading comment.You had booked a triple room and not the apartment. So, yes, you didn't have a kitchen in your room because that's not what you booked. The hotel only has a triple room and an apartment, which is why we were unable to evict you. Secondly, the triple room and apartment don't have a balcony, as you can see from the photos on our website, and neither does the size of the room: is 21m² really small?For your next trip, it would be better to be better prepared and informed. That way you won't have to discredit the work of others.Take care of yourself, it seems necessary.The management of the Hôtel de Sèvres

Jamais jamais vous ne devriez fréquenter cet hôtel si vous utilisez internet. Leur système de wifi est totalement exécrable. Non seulement dans la façon de s’y brancher mais parce ça crashe a tout moment. A éviter ce système absolument. Moi, jamais plus!!!?

Reasonably priced and located in a safe upscale neighborhood. Staff helpful and attentive.Lots of shopping and nearby transportation options. Multiple large public lobby rooms. 14e breakfast was good. Bedding great with 2 pillow types. Could use a safe in the room and a deep clean. Room furniture a bit worn. Nevertheless would strongly consider a return.

The staff was extremely friendly and the location was Wonderful! Close to restaurants, cafes and shops. Easily assessable to the Metro. Short distance from All major landmarks. My only complaint is that two out of the three mornings we were there, staff members started to unlock our room door to get into the room about 8:30am/9am-While we were Still in bed. This was definitely not expected as we were sleeping both times.
