Mycket nöjd
Bra location, prisvärt hotell med vänlig personal. Ganska lyhört, trafikerad väg men inget som jag störde mig på men ändå värt att nämna. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo här igen.

Utmärkt hotell för sin klass med centralt läge
Paris Opera by Melia är ett utmärkt hotell för sin klass med centralt läge med tunnelbane station direkt utanför, nära till restauranger, cafeer, de stora varuhusen mm.

Fint hotell, det ligger central och nära allt.
Bra bemötande och trevligt område. Det är fint hotell som ligger i närheten av allt. Det är många se värdigheter och tunnelbanan ligger mittemot hotellet.

Bra centralt hotell
Ett mycket trevligt hotell som ligger centralt, nära till bra shopping och promenadavstånd till flera sevärdheter. Många restauranger i området där man kan äta frukost/lunch/middag till en rimlig peng. Metro precis utanför hotellentrén, linjen gick direkt till bl a Eiffeltornet och Le Parc du Princes-arenan. Trevlig personal som pratade engelska.

Bra centralt läge för shopping och turism. Rena,nyrenoverade rum i modern stil. Som alltid i Paris i den här klassen av hotell är rummen lite mindre.

Trevligt hotell med bra lägeoch service
Fräscht hotell med serviceinriktad personal som pratade engelska. Läget mycket bra tunnelbanestation precis utanför dörren 10 minuters promenad till La fayette. Frukosten var god och det fanns mycket att välja på. Kaffe och te på rummet.

Mycket litet rum men med bra sängar och badrum. Trasigt golv. Trevlig personal och bra frukost. Bra läge med många restauranger i området.

Worst hotel experience ever
I got a good deal on a Junior Suite for two nights and I made one simple request to get a bath tub. When arriving at the hotel around 2pm, I was asked to wait another 45 minutes because they were cleaning the room. When coming back 45 minutes later, they were still not ready. After 20 minutes, they finally told me it was ready, apologized and said they had upgraded me to a suite (which I had already ordered!). The room itself was mediocre at best. Floors mushy, bathroom tiles had dark spots (mold?), no sound isolation between rooms. The ironer I borrowed was broken with no way to set the heat, and water spilled out all over my shirt. The second ironer had the same problem with the water. After an hour of ironing, I gave up. Asked if they offered ironing service, but no. AC wasn't working either. At that point I lost my temper and told her I have never had a worse experience. She was mildly apologetic and promised to get back to me about switching room, but she never got back to me. Wireless hardly worked in the room, no reception. Etc etc. The following day I got a small bag of chocolate and was asked to contact the reception. I did, but only to hear them ask if my AC was working (they explained that the AC is always turned off this time of the year; I solved it by keeping a window upen until getting to bed). All in all, not a recommended hotel. Plus: the service to have breakfast delivered to your room was free of charge, and they were flexible about the time.

Bra
TRYP är en bra kedja som vi använt tidigare (Alicante). Rent och fint, trevlig personal. Bra läge, nära tunnelbana som går direkt till Champs Elysees, inte krångligt med Louvren, Sacre coeur heller. Ett helt okej 3-stjärnigt hotel. Vi har dock aldrig bott på ett TRYP under högsäsong, utan bara betalat relativt lägre priser. Men för mindre än en tusenlapp per natt är det helt klart ett bra alternativ!

Bra hotell på livlig gata med restauranger och shopping. Stort plus för väldigt hjälpsam personal, bra läge, fint och rent rum, nära till tunnelbanan. På minus var att pga de stora englasiga fönstren i badrummet blev det rätt kallt (reste i november) då det bara värmdes upp av handdukstorken.

Nära till det mesta
Rummet var litet men helt ok, rent o fräscht men varmt då det inte fanns någon fungerande aircont. Kan rekommenderas då läget är helt perfekt mitt i centrum och gångavstånd till servärdheter, metron precis utanför dörren. Ett minus bara ,priset på frukosten är hutlöst .

Tycker hotellet var utmärkt för en weekendresa, nära till sevärdheter och metro. Små rum men i övrigt nöjda med personal och städning osv.

Mysigt hotell nära Operan och LaFayette i Paris
Ett litet mysigt hotell med nära till många sevärdigheter i Paris. 10 minuter med tunnelbana till Eiffeltornet och promenadavstånd till Louvren och Champs Elyssée. En stor fördel med närheten till Operan där bussarna går en gång i kvarten till flygplatsen Charles du Gaulle. Rummen var små men rena och fräscha och inte alls lyhört. Jag skulle rekommendera detta hotellet till andra för en weekend i Paris.

Bra läge, nära till det mesta, Metron utanför dörren, gott om caféer och brasserier i området. Litet rum fönster in mot tråkig innergård, men fräscht och gemytligt, dock lite lyhört men inte mer än vad man kan förvänta sig i ett gammalt hus. Personalen i receptionen talar hjälplig engelska. Testade aldrig frukosten då det fanns så många caféer som låg "på vägen" till nåt annat som kändes mycket trevligare. Tyckte området kändes lugnt ändå för att vara i "Opera/Teater"-distriktet.

Excellent location in all aspects. Not very service-minded staff, and very keen on getting you to pay for hotel services. I asked to use a fixed line for a toll-free(!) call in France, and was told to use the room phone and pay the ridiculous surcharge. No other help. I used the phone booth just outside at no cost at all. Breakfast at a high price - across the street much nicer and better at 1/6th of the cost! Etc, etc. Rooms ok, clean enough but of course small. As long as you just sleep there and can manage on your own, the location is great.

Vi: Ett par i 25-26 års åldern. Rummet: Dubellrum på tredje våningen med utsikt mot innergården, som i det här fallet är en 10 kvadratmeter stor betongplatta. Dvs utsikten var ingenting att hurra för. Dock passade detta oss väldigt bra då hotellet ligger i ett ganska vältrafikerat område och med metron precis under hotellet. Vi stördes alltså inte alls av ljudet från omgivningen och sov väldigt gott! Jättesköna sängar. Rummet kändes fräscht och hade ett inslag av både det moderna och det antika. Personalen var jättetrevlig och frukosten hade ett hyfsat stort utbud. Det mesta med hotellet var positivt dock var det två stora minus: priset och en fruktansvärt liten dusch.

The location is great. The Metro is just in front, restaurants are plenty, bars and clubs are near-by. Shopping is near. But all this comes with a noise problem. Although the room was very large, there was no drawers or shelves. I had to live out of my suitcase and I was not happy with this. The staff was extremely nice and friendly and always with a big smile which makes things very good.

Great staff. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Louis at the front desk was very kind. Ishara was also helpful. The location is very good for restaurants and sightseeing. However there is a pub downstairs which runs late into the late night. It did not bother me but it should be mentioned for those who would like to avoid it.

The hotel is in an excellent location with many of the usual sits that a tourist would want to visit either by walking or the Metro access just a few metres from the hotel. We would certainly recommend this to anyone that is considering Paris as a short/medium city break.
