Läget var bra på hotellet. Personalen var hjälpsam. Jag tycker inte standarden var 5 stjärnor. Rummet var väldigt slitet, en del möbler trasiga. Smutsiga kakelfogar i badrummet. Överlag dålig standard på rum och badrum. Skulle inte bo igen, besviken.

Superior på sjätte våningen
Vi uppgraderade vårt resesällskap till Superior för några tusenlappar och de fick ett mysigt rum på sjätte våningen med en liten balkong. Utsikt mot Sacre Coer och halva Eiffeltornet. Fina bröllopsbilder vid balkongen! Toppläge, nära till allt! De närmsta gatorna utsökt utbud av caféer, brasseriet och annat. /Mojitomamman

Bästa jag bott på i Paris
Detta var det bästa hotell jag bott på i Paris. Det är lyxigt utan att bli löjligt. Självklart rent och snyggt men också med en viss själ (atmosfär). Bra frukostbuffé med mycket att välja på (ingick ej). Mycket bra servicekänsla hos all personal.

Gångavstånd till många sevärdheter
Pont royal har ett bra läge, relativt centralt. Hotellpersonalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående. Rummet städades ordentligt. Det är gångavstånd till många sevärdheter från hotellet och in till själva stan. Tipsar er som ska resa till Paris och vill upp i Eiffeltornet att boka hemifrån. Det gjorde vi. Slapp stå länge i kö medans andra köade i flera timmar. Middagskryssning på floden Seine rekommenderas också, då får du se många sevärdheter från båten! :-) vistelsen på pont royal i Paris var väldigt trevlig! :-) kan hända vi åker tillbaka i framtiden.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night and had asked for early check in which wasn’t possible. They told us our room would be ready by 3 and they would let us know. We continued to wait in the lobby. My husband finally asked them around 3:45pm if the room was ready, to which they replied “oh yes, it’s been ready but we forgot to tell you”. That was super frustrating for us since we traveled that morning and had plans to see museums later in the day, which did not work out. The staff did make it up with two free cocktails at the bar and an hour added to the check out. Otherwise, the room was clean although small and had basic amenities. We called to ask for an iron and board and it was promptly delivered. No extra US outlets or USB plug ins were available, just fyi for fellow travelers. There were nearby restaurants and the Louvre was a 10-15 min walk from the properly. Overall, everyone was kind and helpful, but the check in process wasn’t as smooth as we had hoped.

We had a very short stay(2 nights), we had a welcome fruit basket and candies.. The Hotel is a nice old building. We had a room with a view of The Eiffel Tower.. very nice. I would recommend this hotel.Our only probem was the "climate control" in the room. We put on "snowflake"but ot still blew hot air, granted it is April and not that hot yet, but it would be nice to cool down after walking around the city all day and difficult to sleep in stagnant air.. We opened the window, but the bugs came in. Our last night, we asked for a fan.

No sleep due to noise (buzzing from air conditioning unit which I had to turn off and open windows). Very small room, did not feel like it was anything like in pictures. Very costly considering couldn’t even have a good rest.

The only thing that could improve would be the shower. It had a shower wand and not a fixed shower head. For a tub bath it would have been an excellent.

This was one of the best places to stay in Paris! The staff were amazing, so friendly and very helpful, allowing us to practice our French aussi! We were able to walk everywhere from our location, and if you're adventurous to Montmartre as well.

I would not recommend this hotel and i will never go back there. Dirty, poor quality and expensive breakfast with unfriendly staffs, except Victoria at thd front desk. The guy for night shift, left the phone on busy mode so he did not reply to calls, but he was sleeping at thd back while working. Very old fashioned hotel, not feeling comfortable to take bath, smelly bed sheets. I dont understand why this hotel is 5 stars? I barely give it one star. It is very formal, unfriendly environment. I did not like it, i did not enjoy my time over there, and i never recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel in a perfect location. While I wish our room were bigger, it didn’t impact our stay. The rooms are nicely appointed, it’s very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the convenience of being in this part of town made a huge difference on our overall stay. I would definitely recommend the property and would almost likely return.

The Hotel Pont Royal is in a great, walkable location for the major museums, the Latin Quarter, and lots of restaurants. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. We could not have been happier with our stay.
