Dear Lars, I hope this finds you well. Thank you for your comment while we always prefer reading that our guests made the most of their stay with us. We are truly sorry we did not meet your expectations and as mentionned by email we would love to understand why as we felt we did our upmost to make your stay as confy as possible: change your date of stay while your rate was non amendable, give you an upgrade to a deluxe room (which is 10sqm bigger than the room booked originally booked, accomodate you with a check in before 3pm, organize your restaurant booking while everything was full). It does not seem like a junior attitude to us and if you could revert to me by email it could be amazing so we can improve ourselves. As all Paris area there is indeed homeless people and we are trying our best to find a solution with the city major however this is not in our hands and I am truly sorry you were bothered by their noise.
