Ok but not really worth the price
Wouldn’t go again unless in similar situation. (Early train from the adjacent station, and few hotel rooms available due to world cup.) Check-in is only after 16.00. It’s not terrible, but not really worth the price unless you’re in a pinch as we were.

Fint gammalt hotell med trevlig personal. Små rum men mitt hade balkong med härlig utsikt över Gare de Lyon.

Badrummet såg ut som att dom glömde städa det. Och enligt hotels.com ingick alla kringkostnader i bokningen, ändå så var vi tvugna att betala skatt vid utcheckningen utan förvarning.

The perssonel are friendly and kindness, the breakfast was delicious, butThe lift is too fit , The Room is too tiny, the bed are too tiny they are so fit for an adult person. The rate do not correspont to the quality of the faciligties.

l'estetica dell'hotel è retrò. la camera è molto pulita, confortevole con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di qualche giorno. è fornita di wifi, tv, bollitore con bevande e biscotti. c'è anche un frigo bar dove ci sono delle bevande a pagamento. la posizione è ottima per i mezzi e visitare anche il centro.è proprio davanti alla stazione e quindi c'è un po di movimento, ma non ho trovato questa zona particolarmente rumorosa o poco sicura di sera. il personale è cordiale e paziente.

Very poor client service
We have been locked out of the hotel room because my siblings were not allowed to come to our room... this is scandalous, and indeed the very last time we will step into this place! Being the owner of an hotel myself, I found this type of client service the worst...

Blood on the sheets , bedside lights not working , uncomfortable beds . Notified reception about sheets but nooone did anything

Very good service and location is perfect if Gare de Lyon is one place you need to touch

Dear customer,Thank you for your comment, I see that you enjoyed the location as we are just next to the Gare de Lyon, very close with RER A or metro line 14 to most of Paris points of interests like the Champs Elysée in 15 min, Opera in 10 min, or Disney Land Paris in 30 min !I'm sorry you felt the room too small during your stay with us. Great location close to Gare de Lyon
The best recommendation for this hotel is that we have stayed there many times before. It is a right opposite Gare de Lyon, making it ideally located hotel if you have an early morning train to catch. It is close to RER A and D and metro lines 1 and 14. Place de la Bastille is 900 meters away and Notre Dame de Paris is 2 km away. The room had a nice shower, airconditioning, a safe in the closet, a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, etc. They provided packets of shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion with pictures of the Eiffel Tower. The staff at the reception were friendly and polite. We would happily stay there again in the future.

Desidero sottolineare la disponibilità del personale alla reception. Poche ore dopo il nostro arrivo a Parigi, abbiamo avuto un problema con nostro figlio che aveva bisogno di un medico. Non sapevamo come fare ma il personale dell'hotel ci ha supportato nella ricerca e ci ha aiutato a prenotare una visita medica in brevissimo tempo. Un servizio veramente lodevole

Hotel within 3 min walk of Gare du Lyon Train Station so very convenient location. Roads were very busy around the hotel - typical Paris! Room was basic, clean and had AC. Staff very good, friendly, informative. 10 min walk to River Seine to catch a hop-on hop-off boat for a day of visiting the sites. We were allowed to leave our luggage with reception after checkout and collect later which was great. Room was expensive for what it was, but this is central Paris so to be expected.

Very good for price. Friendly staff. 24 hr reception. Room with a view and small balcony was a nice surprise!
