Dear Client, Willing to change room was obviously the reason : all our rooms are different and you were apparently disappointed with the one we attributed to you . One room was available at that time . When coming back after your evening dinner you took it .You seemed satisfied and stayed 2 more nights .Madame, Monsieur : we are sorry for the desagrement you felt about the staff: in the morning you just left the key , came back at midday and came back again late in the evening:: we take the liberty to think that we did not have time to be rude . We take the liberty to think that you did not want to have relationship with the front desk at all .Concerning the bed bugs: the press speaks and write a lot about it : to ask you to bring it down as a proof would have been very difficult ! The client is always right and no proof as to be given . We ask the person at the front desk that evening and never , ever he would have asked you to do this . Further to your review about our staff and hotel service :we take the liberty to respond honestly to your complain : 4 nights with us reserved. You wanted to change your residence for another hotel apparently . You checked in late around at 7 PM and at 9 PM : you came down at the front desk to complain. The next day you wanted us to refund the all stay : we accepted and ask you to leave the hotel in return and to accept the visit of a doctor ordered by our services to confirm what you are pretending about the bugs : reason for you to have a full free stay. You refused to see the doctor. The Hospitality Business has his limit : the total gratuity in non justified. We credit 3 nights only .We are working for the best and cleanest environment with our constant survey on it , and are lucky for not having bed bugs. Best regards.

Cher Monsieur, Nous nous permettons de vous rappeler l'objet de votre désagrément qui nous a valu votre dénigrement que vous avez porté sur la personne en réception. Vous avez réservé une chambre single destinée pour une personne uniquement . Vous vous présentez en couple aussi nous vous proposons de changer de catégorie de chambre . Vous refusez. Une chambre en terme de capacité d'occupation est règlementé par la préfecture aussi nous avons fait notre travail en vous attribuant une chambre double plus agréable pour vous et ceci pour 15 Euros supplémentaire . Il est évident que le tarif de la single était plus avantageux pour vous d'où votre énervement et prise de position. Nous sommes de simples professionnels qui ne pouvons pas déroger aux règles car venant au droit de celles ci il y a des sanctions si vous n'y aviez pas pensé . Les règles ne sont pas appréciées par tout le monde ... Quant à l'ascenseur: small but beautiful ! parce que Parisien ! Beaucoup de clients s'en amusent prenant des photos de notre collection d'étiquettes des beaux hôtels dans le monde : vous n'avez pas pris le temps de réaliser que vous étiez dans une malle de voyage .. Nous espérons que dans la chambre de l'Odalisque que nous vous avions attribuée, vous avez malgré tout passé un bon moment en amoureux. Bien cordialement
