Dear Laura, Thank you for sharing your experience following your last stay.I am sorry to see that your stay did not met your expectation and surprised that even if you do not sleep everytime you book a room with us, you choose to come again. You might know that almost all of our rooms are street view and that Lafayette street is a main street in Paris and very busy so it cannot be very quiet. But we understand that the noise sensibility is not the same regarding the person.Our air conditioning system is central. On the winter, we have to reverse it in heating mode. I will share your concern with our maintenance department to see what it can do about that.We do have other room available if you are not comfortable in yours. The front Desk team is always available if you need anything. But the housekeeping department will know about the concern you shared regarding the room.Best regards,

Nos n'avons pas de peinture dans les chambres mais de la tapisserie et l'un de nos points forts, relevés par de très nombreux clients est notre literie.Sauf erreur de notre part vous ne vous êtes pas rapproché auprès de la réception pour rapporter votre problème. Nous aurions été ravis d'apporter une solution afin que votre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions.
