Decent hotel, fantastic staff!
Hello! We stayed for two nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Top! Hotel is a bit old but works fine. For me if you book an airport hotel, the transportation from and to the airport is also a key aspect. We had neither since the service was full both ways. Had to book a taxi both ways which then we could have just stayed closer to the city central. Thanks!

Good airport hotel
Wonderful bed, no coffee in reception early morning, unclear shuttle from terminal 2 to hotel. You go to railway station. Up one floor and the shuttle leaves from Quai 2. (It is opposite from Quai 1..)

Flair of the 80ies in the executive rooms
Very nice lobby and bar. But the "hidden rooms like Conference rooms and also the executive suite was a dissapointment. Could't motivate the 4 stars it carries. Also the breakfast was very poor. Just cheap Products, no sign of exclusivity. Really to bad. You find a much higher standard in simple hotels of the Mercure chain. Will not stay there again even if the bed was really comfortable.

Nedgånget hotell
Marriott är vanligtvis en bra hotellkedja och personalen gjorde vad de kunde för att göra vistelsen trevlig. Hotellet är dock nedgånget. Duschen växlade mellan hett och iskallt, TV var mycket krånglig att använda, dörrlåset fungerade dåligt, telefonen fungerade över huvud taget inte, room service tog ca 1 timme att komma. Igen höjdarupplevelse alltså...

We had a great 7-night stay during the fair. Friendly service, nice loungearea, good food in the restaurant. Wi-fi did not work in the room.

God Marriott standard med vänlig reception, utmärkt rum, bra shuttle service och mycket god mat i restaurangen. Kan absolut rekommenderas.

Reception desk was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We were traveling with our preschool aged daughter and they welcomed her with a teddy bear, coloring pencils, stickers and a coloring book. Very thoughtful. We only stayed one night since we were traveling back home to U.S. so the location with a proximity to the airport (CDG) was perfect — only 11 minutes away. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We needed milk late into the evening for our daughter and the bar staff was so nice and provided us with a complimentary full glass. The next morning, we left for the airport and bell desk had our taxi waiting and helped with all of our bags and we had quite a few. If your travels take you Paris and need an excellent hotel with amazing staff near the airport, this is the hotel for you! Thank you to all the Marriott staff and their excellent service during our short stay.

The front desk staff was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions. We were driving to Meribel after our stay and the front desk staff helped validate the best route to take as we navigate Paris morning traffic. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. We also ate at the restaurant and the food was good. We stayed there the night before we flew back home and it was nice to be in a hotel that had many characteristics of home.

First room assigned wasn't cleaned with soiled bed linens and used towels on the bathroom floor. Second room was an "upgrade" but the sheets were soiled with black marks and the bathroom commode was caked with black mold in the bowl. The shower stall was large enough for a child. We were tired and had had enough. But we'll consider another brand new time.

We travelled from Avignon by TGV to CDG, spent the night in Roissy befor our morning flight to USA. Perfect! Hotel van very convenient and driver most helpful with directions to proper gates within the huge airport ! Hôtel reception extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The village of Roissy has great history and excellent restaurants— no need to be ‘trapped’ in the hotel although I am sure its restaurant is fine. Great final evening of a two week vacation !

The shuttle service was terrible. Every half hour. The concierge forgot to mention that a ticket is required . He said if you are not happy, you can take a taxi , it costs 30 euros… it was not a very good service to the client and he did care less. At the end, i complain to the front desk, and he was told to give me ride to the airport and he was no happy.
