“Love stay here. Always clean and the staff is always very friendly. This is our to go place when I have to come to Dallas for Dr. appointments”

“Good location near the higway and very easy to park your car just outside the hotel. SMU is nearby and it´s easy to take the car downtown, for example to American Airlines Center. Clean hotel, both in the room, the fitness center and outside by the pool. A bit of noise due to the traffic on the highway, but the location outweights that. ”

“Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, overall it was a good stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the wait time for the elevators, there were times we had to wait 5-6 minutes for an elevator and when we did get on one it was full and stopped on every floor because someone else was waiting to get on and couldn’t because it was full.”

“Overall, this hotel provides good service, with friendly staff, decent facilities, and a diverse selection of breakfast options. If I come again next time, I would likely stay here again. There are two minor drawbacks that need improvement: I observed two or three customers unable to access their rooms due to malfunctioning room keys. Additionally, the metal L-shaped brackets securing the mattresses have sharp edges, and I got cut when getting out of bed!”

“This hotel is a bed with average service and bad breakfast, good parking vas the best with this hotel”

“Overall, this hotel was pretty decent. There were a few areas that needed cosmetic maintenance and you had to remove the lid to the tank of the toilet to flush it. The bed was comfortable but my room faced Central Expy and the traffic noise was so loud i had to check to make sure the windows were actually closed! I was in room 709, so next time i would ask for an even numbered room that are across the hall.”

“The area is suspect. Staff was amazing. Cannot stress that enough. Staff was fantastic. Catered to everything we needed. It was just the area. ”
