Great little space on Main St
Not super fancy but definitely has everything you need! Comfortable and cozy. Very clean and super easy to access Main St Park City!

Location, location, location!
Stayed here this weekend for the Arkansas vs BYU game. There were 2 couples. Wanted a place with short walks to shopping and restaurants. It was perfect! Received a nice phone call from the host the day of arrival with check in info as well as an email. Don’t miss eating at High West Distillery and Saloon! Enjoyed the underground parking and the access to the front door on Main Street. No major issues- Wi-Fi and tv were not plugged in- but an easy fix. If you are particular about soaps take your own. Think the hand soap, body wash and shampoo provided were all the same product. Definitely would recommend and would love to stay here again!

Everything was great. Communication was great. Perfect location.
Everything was great. Please update the description to specifically state 2 parking passes and that an overnight accessible public paid garage is in the building. Trying to find a place to park our second car was stressful and turned out to be unnecessary.

Great location!
The location right in Old Town Park City was perfect! We enjoyed sitting out on the second floor balcony and watching people. Walking to restaurants and shopping was very convenient. Check in and out was very easy and keyless entry was convenient. The underground parking was great since we were there during the Kimball Arts Festival when parking can be a nightmare. That being said, the condo was just okay as it really needs updating. For example, the water screeched during my shower and the A/C was very loud. Overall it was a good time with just a few inconveniences.

Amazing views and enjoyed the Main Street vibe
The condo Overall was amazing! The rooms were comfy and it had everything we needed. The only complaint was that the hot tub needed to be cleaned. It looked like there were no chemicals in it at all. Otherwise, super happy with our stay.

Fantastic location, very clean. Check-in procedures in VRBO need updating.
Love the location, condo layout, and how clean the building is. Will stay here again. Check-in procedures need to point you to the email sent by the All Seasons Resort Lodge company email for entry code to room and best contact number. I had to call/message 3 people before I found someone to help me locate the right entry code. Was not expecting, nor looking for, and email from a company hardly identified in the VRBO content…especially since there was an entry code (wrong one) displayed in the app under the check-in procedures. Glad we got it sorted for a lovely stay.

Our second time and just as wonderful as our first!
This was our second time and it was just as wonderful as our first! Everything was just as described. The hot tub was hot when we got there, the grill had gas, and the place was spotless.

Great location BUT it's an old unit that really needs updating.
Our stay did not go well at all. It started with freezing because the furnace was broken. The maintenance guy brought space heaters at 11pm that glowed orange and were loud so no one slept the first night. Mgt company moved us to a new location the next day but it was not on Main Street so again disappointing. This unit desperately needs all new linens; towels were rough and worn, some of the bedding had stains, decor is total after thought. The photos show the unit when it was brand new (see the light cream carpet) but it so NOT brand new anymore. New photos need to be taken... they won't be as flattering but at least they'll be realistic. *** When I asked for a refund for the disastrous first night they credited me some weird amount that was not the full amount of one night - why? *** I received no less than a dozen different emails about our stay so when it came time to check-in I was reading through multiple emails to chase down needed information that was not contained in a single email but at least four different messages. Also, when I needed to contact someone about the furnace issue the number that I chased down in the many email was not the property manager. The person sent back a message telling me that they no longer were associated with this property and I need to contact someone else! It's obvious that we did NOT enjoy our stay.

We continue to offer our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We had a guest stay just a few days prior and the heater was working great. When we offered to upgrade you to a 4 bedroom town home on the night you arrived, because the heater was not working properly, you declined the offer and requested to move in the morning instead. So sorry you were not able to rest well because of the space heaters. Unfortunately, you stayed during fall break and all of our properties on Main Street were completely booked, however, the townhome we moved you to was just over a half mile away. Thank you for your feedback regarding the linens. We have replaced them and the owner also purchased a new king size mattress for the master bedroom. We refunded you for your first night's stay in VRBO but taxes and fees are not something we collect, VRBO collects them, so we were not able to refund you for money we did not receive. Please contact VRBO directly to request a separate refund from them. Also, after booking, we send out a confirmation email, from All Seasons Resort Lodging, so you have a confirmation number and info about the property and policies. Then, about 5 days prior to your arrival date, we send a pre-arrival email with your door codes and check-in information. I am sorry you had trouble finding the information you needed to get into the town home upon arriving. Also, we did have a change in management in early October, and I am sorry you were directed to contact our new property manager. This information is also up-to-date now in all the email communications we send to our upcoming guests. Again, we truly appreciate your honest feedback, giving us the opportunity to make positive and needed changes for our guests. Customer care is our highest priority and we will continue to do all we can to help our guests have a 5-star experience. -All Seasons Resort Lodging Management

Great unit close to the action
This unit has a fantastic location above Main Street. One block to the Town Lift, and plenty of restaurants, bars, etc all within reach. No car needed. Also some reviews said it can be loud due to the Main St location, but we did not experience that. The one caveat is be careful to not lock yourself on the balcony when going into the hot tub... my only feedback to the owner is to remove the handle lock on that door so it is deadbolt only!

Location is fantastic. It's literally about 1 min to the Town Lift and minutes from all of Main Street Bars, Restaurants and shops. The Hot tub on a the balcony is a really nice touch. Liz and Jodi were vey reponsive and helpful.

Great place to spend a summer month
We spent 32 days at this VRBO condo in Park City, Utah. The location is in the heart of Park City summer activities, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The condo has two decks (one with a hot tub ) that both over look Main Street. The unit was very comfortable with nice furniture, furnishings and beds. It can be a little loud at times but we viewed that as part of the fun. We would have given this condo a five rating except for one big thing. The plastic deck chairs were cheap, worn out and unsteady......very unacceptable. On our first day, we bought four new deck chairs. So, problem solved. We had a great time staying and playing in Park City.

Clean, affordable, and the best location. We walked to dinner on main street and woke up to the Park Silly market, literally right outside the condo. I would absolutely recommend this spot and we hope to book it again!!

Great Condo - Highly Recommend!
This condo was perfect for our family of 4! The location was the best part - short walk to Park City Town chair lift and super close to all of the shops & restaurants on Main Street. We never had to use our car unless we were driving to another mountain to ski. The condo was very clean when we arrived with plenty of room for us to hang out and relax after a day of skiing. The kitchen had all of the amenities needed for cooking, just know that there are no ingredients/food staples at all, so be sure to buy everything you need. The washer/dryer was used often and was super useful to have. Jodi, our main contact, was extremely responsive to all of our questions about the building / unit as well. The only negative about the unit is that there is virtually no sound insulation from outside noises and it can get a bit drafty. Most of the week was very quiet w/ few vacationers so it was not an issue, but the last night we stayed was Easter weekend and it was super loud outside until the wee hours of the morning. I probably would not recommend this unit during peak weeks unless you are planning to stay out late yourselves! There is also construction going on next door, so starting around 7:30 every weekday morning the construction noises would start, making it hard to sleep in if you wanted to. Noise from upstairs neighbors can be a problem as well; you can hear every footstep. Overall, however, it was a terrific place to stay and we'd rent it again!

Best location in Park City!!
WOW-Couldn't get better than this for location. This spacious clean condo is over looking Historic Main Street and steps away from the chairlift. I didn't rent a car because everything I needed was steps away-fantastic restaurants, museums, Egyptian Theater, shopping, yoga classes and world class trail hikes. Park City has a great free bus system (1 block away from this condo) along with a free Trolley-you can travel up to 6 miles around for free. The staff was great for check in/check out and they were pleasant with answering all my tourist questions. I'll be back for sure!

Location, location, location! Next to town lift for skiing and on Main Street to walk out for all the action and restaurant options. Beautiful clean and updated condo worth the price!

Great location. Minor flaws. We will rent again.
This condo was perfect for two adults and 3 teens. We will rent again. Great location with short walk to town lift and restaurants. Covered parking is a bonus. Docked one star because the kitchen dishes and especially the utensils could use a good scrubbing and the drawers cleaned out. Also it would be nice to put a small shovel out by the hot tub for clearing the snow off. The condo has no ski locker.
