“Arriving to the unit, it was hard to find the entrance. When I walked around the back, I fell off the sidewalk by the boating dock. Skid both my knees. The fan in the bedroom is terribly loud, it sounds and looks like it's about to fall out of the ceiling. We were there for 4 days, 2 rolls of toilet paper wasn't enough. I was surprised that there at least wasn't salt and pepper in the kitchen. I went to buy coffee because there wasn't enough in the tiny coffee jar. Other than that, everything...

“The property had lots of maintenance issues, like warm water was not available for one of the showers, one sliding door was not working and was open. Cable tv only available in one tv, low batteries on the entrance door knob. I Will look for another option next time”

“We loved being right on the river and the restful place it was. We saw wild burros across the river a few times and heard them more. The main thing we didn't like was that the king bed was right up against the wall on one side, which made it awkward to get in and out of for the person sleeping on that side, plus nowhere to put things. It didn't stop us from reserving it again for next year, though!”

“This duplex has all the comforts of home. Everything is ground level, no stairs so easy access in and out. Plenty of parking outdoors. Cute little well kept back yard. Fully equipment kitchen. Comfortable mattress and bedding and easily accessible bathrooms. Nice washer and dryer in the garage. The owners live next door and are the nicest people you would ever want to meet.”

“This is without a doubt the best place we've ever stayed. We wanted to buy the house and move in. It is clean, comfortable and decorated beyond belief. I honestly considered writing a bad review to keep people away from this...but that wouldn't be fair to the owner who has obviously put a great deal of time and effort into making this a southwestern style showpiece. I can't say enough good things about this house...probably not the best spot for young children, as there are a lot of fragile...

“Vi bodde 3 nätter här mitt i heta augusti. Det var väldigt varmt så det var väldigt bra med poolerna och att Lake Havasu ligger på gångavstånd. Det fanns endel aktiviteter för barnen som uppskattades. Minus var att vi fick vänta endel vid incheckningen och att den dagliga städningen inte verkade fungera så bra pga personalbrist, men annars väldigt nöjda. Bra frukost.”
