“Our stay provided the slow down we were hoping for and then some. The views overlooking the lake and mountains were nothing short of stunning, as were the incredible symphonies of coqui calls at night. To my family were magical. We did a little exploring of the lechon highway, modest trails and charming swimming hole at Charco Azul, but otherwise scheduled nothing but the experience of being in the mountains. “The house is comfortable, its location at the corner allows you to enjoy the ocean breeze all the time, and you will not need AC during the day. It has a nice area outside to hang out or to enjoy a BBQ and the neighborhood is very quiet. The property manager lives nearby and he is very responsive if you need anything. Loved this place.”

“This is a wonderful place to stay. The inside of the house was clean, functional, and attractive, but it was really the outside of the house that we loved so much. There are several places outside you can hang out and enjoy the gardens and relax. We enjoyed the food at Calixto just around the corner. The Kiosks were alive with music and karaoke our first night. Pete and Liamm were excellent hosts. If we come back to Puerto Rico, we would love to stay here again!”

“The ocean views and the pool in the backyard are indescribable. We woke up to watch the sunrise every morning. The house itself could use a little updating and repair, but was comfortable enough for our stay. There are wonderful restaurants very close by. We loved "living like a local" for a month. Aida and her team made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond to any issues. I would gladly come back for another month!”

“We stayed in a lovely 2-bedroom apartment in El Legato Golf Resort. Grounds are kept up quite nicely, restaurant was very good and the people were very nice. You definitely need a car, however, to get there and visit surrounding areas. Guayama is a very nice town, much quieter that San Juan area - pretty, clean local beaches not too far away. If you like to play golf, even better!”
