Så där
All personal var trevlig och hjälpsamma, men rummen var slitna, rummen kändes fuktiga pga av ac, tror jag. Wifi var dåligt, de försökte att fixa den, men enligt mig lyckades det inte.

Väldigt trevligt hotell med nära till allt. Stort fint rum med utsikt mot poolen. Rent och frächt. Servicen var bra, hjälpsam och vänlig personal i receptionen. God frukost. Har bara positivt att säga och återkommer gärna.

Prisvärd och fint hotell
Fint och rent rum, välskött hotell och bra service. Frukostbuffé är god men lessnar på den efter ett par dagar. Poolen va också fin men ligger tyvärr för det mesta i skugga annars hade det varit 5stjärnor från mig// Kräsen och van resenär

Good value !
Vi bodde först på boutique och spa två nätter, läget var lite "off" så vi bytte till Centara Nova tredje natten så vi kunde använda de förnämliga kommunikatiorna i Pattaya. Det första krävde shuttle buss som i och för sig fungerade bra men "tidstjuv" . Frukostarna var utmärkt på båda, inget att anmärka på. Personalen var mycket trevlig på båda hotellen. En liten passus, första hotellets lägesbeskrivning på hotels.com sida stämmer ej med verkligheten. I förhållande till det vi betalde fick vi väldigt mycket för pengarna.

Bra hotell med lite sämre läge
Över lag ett bra hotell med bra service. Rätt höga priser på området, men ändå rätt nära restauranger som erbjuder lite mer prisvärda alternativ. Lite dyrare än vad jag skulle vilja betala, men då stannade vi inte tillräckligt länge för att nyttja alla bekvämligheter. Det är en transportsträcka för att ta sig till "händelsernas centrum" men å andra sidan ligger det nära bussterminalen om man vill resa vidare.

Good points about the hotel was the very comfortable bed and pillows that guaranteed a peaceful sleep each night. Breakfast was okay with a wide choice options. Area is not noisy . The staff were kind to offer me 30 minutes late checkout till 12.30pm. The hotel failed on the dodgy safety box in my room. After inputting the 4 digit code I noticed that the safe opened by just pressing one of the numbers only! I didn’t report to get it fixed as I was only there for 2 days but considering that nothing was stolen from the safe, it also speaks well about the honest integrity of the staff. So overall I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Absolutely amazing experience. All the staff where very friendly and helpful nothing but smiles and great service. Hotel is very clean and well kept and quite and not so far from the nightlife but far enough to get great sleep. Only issue I had was my sheets not being cleaned as much as I wanted them to be. A will be going again in the future.

I am happy with my stay at this hotel. The staff seemed pleasant enough in when it came to communication. I thought it was a little more upmarket with what the pictures show. Massage service and pool were big plus in my opinion.
