Rooms are huge and generally pretty clean. Rooms vary in condition and level of upgrades and the one I stayed in was pretty basic but still nice. If you book, try to book a room on the opposite side of Central Mall and you will have a nice view of Pattaya Bay and the surrounding area. Really enjoyed the huge pool and having massage, restaurant, taxi, tour, laundry, hair and nail salon services available as well as convenience stores on the ground floor was a huge plus.! Location cannot be beat! You are right next door to Central Mall and half a block from the beach. Pattaya night Bazaar and Tree Town are literally across the street.

We stayed here several weeks prior to this visit. The service from Condo Express was top notch again but this room had some issues. The wifi was bad. It was slow and dropped out often. The water temperature in the shower was impossible to control. The slightest adjustment of the water handle changed the water from too hot to too cold.

This was our third stay in this building. The other times we rented through different agencies. Condo Express is by far the best. A lovely and helpful young lady checked us in. The room was very nice, clean and had both city and ocean views. Location of the building is great. Everything you need is just a short walk.

Lovely room on the 14th Floor with a sea view. Everything worked except the electric safe. The ladies in the office couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommended.

Great hotel in the centre of pattaya, next door to the shopping mall, great staff at reception, very helpful, private gate to beach rd, have to walk down the stairs near the lifts

パタヤのど真ん中で、部屋・場所など全般的に良かったです。ただ洗面所・シャワールームの水捌けは悪かったことがマイナスでした。あとはまぁ良かったです。 プールも空いていて、プールサイドでゆっくりできました。

３泊しました。毎日部屋の掃除とタオル交換など入ってくれるとスタッフから説明ありましたが、３泊目は、部屋の掃除来なくて、 スタッフに２回申し出ましたが、 結局、清掃なく、管理オフィスまでタオル交換をお願いに行った始末でした。 スタッフは、女性と男性がおられて、 清掃の云々は、男性とやり取りしましたが 無愛想な感じで、接客的ではありませんでした。
