Great location but a little worn

Amazing family vacation!
Amazing family vacation at Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. Look no further - this is THE BEST family hotel in Pattaya. Been to Thailand +15 times and this place is just great. This stay our kids age 7 & 10, the had a blast everyday by the pool thanks to the great staff who really take care of the kids and arrange fun games all day. Made us parents feel secure and could relax and enjoy the stay at the hotel.

With private checkin & private lounge our stay suddely turned out a little better. Nice hotel, nice room, with an awesome pool. Good location too.

Mycket Bra läge. Dyr dryck/mat. Mycket trevlig personal men ung och ganska oerfaren. Ej Sportkanaler på Tv. Mpnde hå till samlingslokal där dom bisat 1 match åt gången. Prem Liege en lördag kan ju vara 6 olika matcher samtidigt. Och sedan köpa öl/mat i lokalen. Live musik spelar korta stund sedan paus paus. Ej ost/rökt skinka på frukost. Mest gris prod. Många badar med kläderna på i poolen.

Super bra hotell, standard o läget mycket bra. Visst, det kostar en hel del. Frukosten var mer än ok. Den enda nackdelen är att bar priserna är ALLDELES för höga !! 170 Bath för en Singha ! Ca 110 Bath dyrare än vad man ger på barer o restauranger. Servicen mycket bra o personalen var alltid trevlig o hjälpsam.

Bästa Hotellet vi bott på.
Det var första gången vi bodde på ett Hard Rock Hotell men definitivt inte vår sista. Det var ett av dom bästa hotellen vi bott på. Bra mat, bra sängar, bra service, bra pool och ett suveränt poolområde.

Very good hotel in the middle of Beach Road
We booked a suite! When we got to the hotel we got the offer to upgrade to Producer suite on floor 10 for only 1500 bath extra per night. Then we also had access to the lounge on the 9th floor. Our suite was lovely 128 square and 4 balconies. Every day new flowers and sweets. The staff were wonderful, especially Dennis down in the pool who arrange different games in the pool everyday. We have stayed at many hotels in Pattaya but this is the best if you have family with children and while traveling as a couple. Do you want to live like a king, then you will live here. We stayed here for 3 nights and we will be back soon.
