Bra läge och service
Bra läge. Hotellet helt nybyggt. Rum både för långtidsboende Condo eller som hotell. Bra service. Utmärkt frukost. Personalen sa att de är under inkörning. Vissa småsaker i service och utbud bör förbättras. T ex har de ännu ingen serveringsservice vid poolen samt begränsade öppettider i bar och restaurang. De sa att de just nu är osäkra på hur stor efterfrågan ska bli eftersom många rum har egna kök etc. Här ska jag bo igen!

スタッフさんの教育が出来ていない典型的ホテルです。古いドライヤーを置いてあるにもかかわらず、チェックアウト時に壊しただろうと、まさかの疑いがかかり、フライト時間の為急いでいるのにもかかわらず部屋まで戻されて早朝から説明させられる始末。結局壊れておらず元の状態である事をわかったみたいで解放されました。まずドライヤーなんかどうしたら壊れるかを考えて欲しいです。客を疑うなら最初から古いドライヤーは置かないで欲しいです。とても気分が悪い体験でした。

I had a great stay at Somerset. I’m not their usual guest but they made me feel welcome and comfortable. All the staff was respectful and nice. The hotel is right by Central Pattaya and Tree town and lots of stores and restaurants. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was luxurious. Although there’s a refrigerator, stove top, and microwave it would’ve been nice to have a little bit of a mini bar. There’s no AC in the hallways but the elevators were always quick enough it wasn’t really an issue for me. I really enjoyed my stay and I will be booking again when I come back next year.

Good value for the money. The laundry machine in room was a super bonus, but the dryer did not full dry my clothes so had hang dry or iron to fully dry.

For a 4 star hotel as evidenced by their rates the property falls short on some fronts. Many of the common areas are not air conditioned. The flooring use in the rooms looks dirty and worn even thought the hotel is less than 1 yr old. The card key requires multiple passes to work. I know it’s minor but the property should be better for its class.

新築ということもあるが、価格の割には部屋のレベルは高い。上階の部屋にはキッチン、洗濯機があり、長期滞在もできそう。景色のいいインフィニティプールは狭いが長さはあり、空いている。1階上には小さいながらもウォータースライダーもあり、子連れでも楽しめる。 ただ、朝食は今ひとつかな？ パタヤでは、おすすめしたいホテルです。

5泊しました。綺麗なホテルでしたがバスタブにお湯を入れてもゴム栓のサイズが合ってないからお湯が溜まらない。シャワー浴びていても数分でお湯が出ないからスタッフに連絡したら、貯水式だから仕方がないとの事。結果バスタブ付きがよくて選びましたが意味が無かったです。 立地やスタッフさんは普通に良かったです。レストランは狭くて3つ星ホテルレベルでした。 次に行く時に利用するかどうか迷います。 ただ設備はこれから工事を行い改善されるとホテルスタッフから聞いたので頑張って欲しいです。
