“Unfortunately we had a bad expu our original booking in Payaller Alanya. Thankfully Hotels.com found us another villa and we ended up staying here at Ottoman Villas. The villa was super and we enjoyed our stay there. It was around 30 minutes from Alanya so we had to travel by taxi to explore the touristic areas of Alanya. ”

“The villa is gorgeous - there is a space for everything and everyone! A master bedroom is a spacious room with a big balcony, other rooms have convenient layout, so nobody would feel crammed. Two bedrooms are with bathrooms, so there is no competing for them. It's super convenient when you travel with family members of different age groups. “We loved this villa with private pool and a lot of spaces. Good for family's and the view is amaizing. The villa was clean and the pool was great. Marcel who gave us the keys where very friendly and helpful. The only bad thing was that the sheets and covers where not clean so we had to put them in the clothwasher. And we where 12 persons but there was only beds for 9 persons so we had to improvise so the kids slept on the floor. But otherwise everything else where great. We would love to come...

“Het was een mooi, schoon en opgeruimd huis. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Heel fijn dat ze zoveel beddengoed en handdoeken hebben. Elke badkamer had een mandje met hygiëne en verzorgingsproducten. Super handig! De locatie is ook prima bereikbaar met de auto en het huisje volledig privacy! Wij hebben genoten van het warme grote zwembad. Echt ik raad iedereen dit huisje aan. Wij komen graag terug!”

“The property was not located in Alanya as per the address on our booking. The villa is located on the top of a hill, in The Mahmutlar area. The road to the villla is unsafe, with poor visibility, surrounded by construction and rubbish. Lots of ants inside the villa, we got bitten many times. It’s located on a very steep area and far away from the amenities of the resort, you need to walk up a hill for about 20 minutes. Our air conditioner didn’t work, we complained many times. “It was very near to the beach, the apart was very clean and new. The stuff were to help in everything specifically Ismet he was very help full with the activities and the transfer he fixed the cheapest price in Alanya. The receptionist were very cute and always smiling. The bartender were also kinde full he gave the best service around the pool with always smile face thought we gave him no Tip😂 I think you understand that the stuff is most important in all stays.
