"The straff in reception was not talking to eachother. Promised late check out and then they called us because normal check out time passed. Got the room 30 minutes after check in time even through we answered before arrivale when we were supposed to come. Not enough chairs at pool area,"

We stayed in the suites down the street which were clean and comfortable but we missed a coffee maker and the locks didn’t really work. Breakfast was a la carte and the bar served fresh cappuccino.
