Hotellet var rent. Dock var badkaret lite slitet. Trevlig omgivning med bra restaurang i gångavstånd från hotellet

Rooms are old but very clean. It’s not pretending to be anything other than what it is - a stopover on the way through at an affordable price.

There are not many hotels kept as clean as this one. The staff is beyond lovely. It’s not a luxury property. But it’s the closest I’ve found to a perfect small-town hotel, located right downtown with stunning views of the mountains.

Very comfortable - and affordable - for a one-night stay. We were skiing in Whistler and nothing there was within budget, so we were grateful to find this location. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. What more could you want?

This is a very good place, which is comfortably located. The trip to Whistler takes only 35-40 minutes. A local Whistler bus #99 brings skiers to the mountain. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel is just basic without bells and whistles but it has a nice option, which is usually absent. The guests can use a hot water tank and microwave in the lobby. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided. Each room has a refrigerator. Few rooms have microwaves too, but they are more expensive. This is a practical solution for those who do not want to pay a fortune for Whistler accommodations.

Staff at reception was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The location is good where there are shops and grocery stores near by.

Appreciated the interior finishes and they replaced the towels daily. The walls were thin and sound travels very easily.

Great for the price
This is a budget friendly stay but it’s clean and the staff is friendly. My only real complaint is that there are bright LED lights right outside the window, so bright it’s like dawn all night and the curtains do not block light. I had to get an eye mask after one sleepless night. Rooms are sparse but do have a fridge - no coffee, no microwave, no closet just coat hooks. The location is great if you want to walk to restaurants, etc. and a quick 30 minute drive up to Whistler. All of the places we chose to get food were really good!! Highly recommend Fish & Rice, Blackbird Bakery, and Town Square.

Return my money
Its horrible , the beds and are there a lot noise. So I was go to vanocuver because I have a problem .. And I have 2 nights in your hotel. I was one night … So is possible return money for I was two nights cause I was on night.. I hope your response theesse days. Thanks :)

This hotel is outrageously over priced at $157 all incl. The floors aren’t level, you can hear your neighbour breathe, there is a mouldy smell. No coffeemaker in the room, only option is instant coffee in the corridor beside a bucket filled with dirty water ( was there all night ) - all in all: it’s an option for an overnight stay and if it was appropriately priced I wouldn’t complain, at least you’d know what you are in for…

The rooms was updated. The bathroom was small, did not have a lock and no hooks were provided for hanging clothes. Just one towel bar was installed in the bathroom. Overall ok but felt overpriced based on the condition/ facilities. The location is nice. There's a nice bakery next to the hotel serving good coffee and breakfast sandwiches.

Hotel pass on charges in the guise of damage do their property. They discreetly charge my credit card for damage to their curtain, showing me pictures of the curtain and rod resting on the bed. We were there just to sleep and we are seniors and when we left in the morning, the curtain is still hanging and why on earth of all things, the curtains! We did not even look out in the window, lest touch it! So beware.

Lovely friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Beautifully clean room. Aircon didn’t work. Turned off after a few minutes, bed extremely uncomfortable. No lift, lug your luggage up the stairs. At least it’s just one floor up.
