One of the best out there!
I cannot express how beautiful this townhome is. Very modern, spacious, beach-themed. Rooms are huge! Large kitchen with amenities galore which made cooking breakfast so easy. Owner provides extras such as plenty of dishes, towels, toilet paper, beach chairs, etc. so you do not have to travel with your entire home in your car. Super easy access to the beach being just 2 houses via a white soft sandy path. Trust me, the photos on this listing do not do it justice!! Host was extremely pleasant and communicated immediately (within minutes). You will not regret booking here!

Great location on Pensacola Beach
We spent the winter 2024 here. The location is steps away from the beach which wasn't ever very busy. Walk the beach for a couple miles each way! The neighborhood was also walkable. 3 miles from "downtown" Pensacola Beach. Lots of parking by the restaurants and activities. The townhouse was comfortable and bedrooms were roomy. The bright lighting in the living area helped because it is at ground level and doesn't get much natural sunlight. Loved the openness of the upper deck for the sun (and wind block when chilly).

Location is Awesome
The location of this townhouse to the beach is great. Within 3 minutes of walking time my family was setting up our spot at the beach. The townhouse was so close it was easy to run back to the house if we needed a break. Due to how close the beach was we would walk down to the beach two to three times a day. The townhouse was clean and the owner was responsive to questions. I would rent this townhouse again.

Great place to stay
We absolutely loved our family beach vacation! Short walk to the beach,like almost right on the beach. Beach view standing on upper level balcony. Big main bedroom with bathroom. Loved our balcony off the main bedroom. Short drive to all the restaurants. Great washer and dryer. Owner takes a couple days to get back with you but answered all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Best VRBO Ever!
This VRBO is even better than the pics. I felt like I was a guest at a friend's condo! Comfortable beds, lush towels, darling decor, the cutest coffee mugs, and high-end cookware. The kitchen was stocked: paper towels, trash bags, foil and plastic wrap, zip lock bags, coffee filters, beautiful wine glasses, nice plates and utensils. Additionally the host provided alot of luxury details like a great grill on the patio, an excellent TV package with mega-channels, peppermint eucalyptus hand soap, nice smelling candles, and even nightlights for the little ones The garage is loaded with beach gear that guests are invited to use: beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, fishing poles, and more. The beach is a short walk out the front door. If you are looking to stay on Pensicola Beach, look no further! We had a great week and we will be back.

Wonderful Beach Location
Had a wonderful stay at the beach condo. The back door lead straight to the sand and beach. The condo had everything we needed. It even had beach chairs, boards, and umbrella. We would stay again.

Perfect location
We spent Thanksgiving here - it was perfect. Beach is quiet at this location, it is close to the eastern dog beach. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped to make Thanksgiving dinner. Jaime was super welcoming and responsive and we had a great time! Would stay again!

Location, location, location!
Wonderful stay for our extended family of 6 and our pup. Location is amazing. Literally about 50 steps to beach entrance. Spent evenings hunting for ghost crabs. Spent several mornings shelling. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the grill was wonderful for burgers and hot dogs. Publix grocery store is a quick 5 mile drive. Went on a bus tour of historic Pensacola and returned the next day to see the history, childrens, and art museums. Loved the little art gallery coop next to the art museum. The art museum had a wonderful black and white photography exhibit of the Everglades. Traveled to Mobile (60 min drive) for a terrific air boat tour. Saw many gators and wildlife. Got breakfast from the Dropout bakery in Mobile. Had wonderful dinners at Jacos in downtown Pensacola and the Shrimp Basket in Pensacola beach.

Nice co do close to the neach
Jamie, the host, was prompt at responding to questions before and during our stay. The place was nice inside and oitaide. She has all the chairs, body boards, and a beach umbrella. She has a grill, and the kitchen is fully stocked. I wish she had a slow cooker and a fan for tje patio. Other than that, I can't find anything else to mention. It's nice the condo is away from the commotion of Beach boulevard. The neighborhood is a safe place. One of the younger kids walked to tje beach at dark, and we felt ok letting him go by himself

Awesome vacation 😎
I love Pensacola Beach, and this property was everything I was looking for! Location, location, location. It was literally 200 steps (I counted) to have your feet in the water. Well appointed kitchen, and plenty of Beach chairs, boogie boards, and some sand toys. The only thing I would recommend is some hooks or racks for wet swimwear and towels. Jaime was an excellent host, who was easy to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your property.

Great trip!
Easy to check-in/out. Very close to beach. Only issue was it rained 50% of our stay. Had one problem when it rained very hard was the patio door leaked from the top. But that didn’t stop the fun!!!!

Everything was great, easy beach access, plenty of everything we needed and great space. Very spacious. The only thing questionable looked like the materials in the garage were prepared to fix, which was the lower deck. Hopefully, they will add a gate to the back beach access. We didn't use the lower deck but maybe in the future.

This villa was perfect for our family with room to spare. It was very clean, smelled clean and was well equipped with all the necessities - nice beach chairs, hand soap, detergent , trash bags and even a few spices. Most important a very short walk to the beach. We’d book this place again.

Near beautiful beaches
Pensacola Beach is a special place for us. This property is very nice inside, and is adequately stocked for a vacation stay. One tip, do laundry during the day. The garage door has to be up to run the dryer. The appliances are very nice.

Perfect!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owner was easy to work with and addressed any concerns that came up quickly and efficiently. We were just a few yards from the beach (nowhere near 300!!! Idk why another reviewer wrote that), and our stay was comfortable and pleasant! The couch is not a pullout, but rather a couch and chaise. But really, that was probably more comfortable than a pullout! We will definitely use this property again!

A few steps away from the beach.
The property was just as listed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes/appliances. All we had to purchase was our groceries, laundry detergent, and toilet paper. We loved that beach chairs/accessories were provided, and that we were only a few steps away from the beach. Once we did our grocery shopping we were truly able to sit back and relax!

Great Location
Our stay was very relaxing. The house was the perfect size for our family. We did bring our own queen sized air bed so only one teen had to sleep on the couch but other than that it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The close 2 minute (or less)walk to the beach was fantastic with no street to cross you didn't even need shoes. The beach was BEAUTIFUL and not at all crowded. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Jaime was very helpful. One picky comment: The thing I wished for most was more chairs. Upstairs balcony had only two chairs, so not everyone could sit together there. Master bedroom has plenty of room for a comfortable chair or two, but there are no chairs there or in the other bedrooms. Another picky comment (about the property listing): The picture labeled "view from the balcony" is technically accurate, but the caption does not make it clear that the furniture shown in the picture is on the neighbor's balcony and not this property's balcony.

Great Location!!
My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at Calle Bonita. The condo was as described and a very comfortable place to live for a month. Owner Jamie was very responsive when we had a question. You are only steps away from a beautiful beach which, by the way, we found 18 sand dollars during our stay!! You are also a short drive to the National Seashore that is an absolute must see gem!! Would we select this condo again? Without hesitation!!

Beach Getaway Gem
We had a wonderful stay at Jaime's place! The condo was right on the beach, and we could hear the surf from the windows. The three bedroom condo was huge with a garage, wet bar, amazing big screen TVs in each bedroom, dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen. The furniture, soaker tub, bedding, and decor were beautiful and beachy. We definitely plan to stay here again--what a gem of a find for a relaxing and quiet getaway. Most highly recommended!

A Pensacola Beach Keeper!
First of all, you couldn't ask for a better host! Jaime was amazing throughout the entire process. My car broke down 2 days before we were to leave and Chrysler wasn't going to be able to get us out of town for another 5 days!! Thankfully Jaime could accommodate the need for our extension. He was gracious and was so attentive while maintaining great communication throughout. As far as the unit went, it was clean, well maintained, and in such a great location. I guess the greatest endorsement would be is that we would return to Calle Bonita on our next stay. We found a keeper!

Great property just a stones throw away from the beach. Clean and comfortable with a well outfitted kitchen and good appliances. Very quiet neighborhood just a couple of miles away from shopping and tourist attractions like parasailing, jet skiing and go carts. Great place to stay if you have teenagers.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! We loved everything. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There were even beach chairs and supplies for us to use. Very nice garage to park in with access to the kitchen....which made unloading groceries a breeze. Easy access to beach with a nice ocean view from bedroom balcony. Nice closed in patio area that our dogs were able to come out and enjoy some sunshine with us. The neighborhood was great. Nice place to walk dogs or take an evening stroll. Jaime was great to work with and was great to us...especially since we had to reschedule due to COVID.

Excellent Oceanview Rental Pensacola Beach
We had a fabulous week in Pensacola Beach. Jaime; the property manager, was very quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. The house was lovely with absolutely everything we needed—comfortable beds; beach chairs; great kitchen utensils and a grill. Spotless and clean too! The 300 yard walk to the beach was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed mornings on the upper deck where I could see and hear the ocean. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and quite well stocked. There were a couple of small items that were missing and when we advised Jaime he promptly had them dropped off. The beach is very close and sitting on thesupper balcony you can see and hear the ocean. The master bedroom has a brand new mattress which was quite comfortable. Most of the major appliances are pretty new. Should we return to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay
We had a wonderful time at this property! We enjoyed the convenient beach access as well as being close to shopping and restaurants in town. The house was clean with everything you need to make your time there comfortable. Be sure to take advantage of the upstairs deck view of the water as well as the surfboard in the garage if the waves in the gulf are high enough!

We've stayed many times at this beachside townhome. It's well equipped and in a nice safe neighborhood for walking your dog. It's steps from the beach and a short drive to dining and shopping. Great location, and fantastic property management
This was our first VRBO experience, so we weren't quite sure what to expect. Before we booked, we exchanged a number of messages with Jaime, our property manager. Jaime always replied promptly and thoroughly, which added to our sense of comfort, and took the time to point out local beaches and venues that would interest us. We received a very detailed email prior to check-in, and even a short message the day of check-in letting us know that the home was ready for us a bit early if we wanted to go on in. The neighborhood was fantastic, just a matter of yards off of the beach, and we chatted with a couple of the neighbors while out on evening walks. The home had a well-equipped and updated kitchen, and a grill on the patio that we used to prepare fish that we'd caught. We had zero complaints about either the property or the manager, and look forward to visiting again soon.
