Smooth and flawless stay
It was a great stay and practically flawless..that may be an understatement. For an almost last minute booking at a busy time of the year, if not the busiest week of the year, we got booked without issues in a great place with everything we needed. Thanks to Mary, everything went smoothly. The reserved parking space was a life saver and when we didn’t need to drive, the trolley stop was right outside the gate. Can’t go wrong with this booking, great view and great time. Will be back without a doubt

The property was exactly like the pictures that are online. Very nice unit, beds were comfy. Excellent pool. Close to everything but far enough away that it is quite and not a lot of traffic. Will definitely rent init again

It was a great location and so close to beach. Description and pictures were spot on. Upon arrival, we just missed a pretty strong storm a couple days before so there was significant property damage but overall, great experience!

Girls getaway
This condo is beautifully decorated. Has everything you want and more from cooking, to beach accessories! A beautiful view of the gulf. We had no issues whatsoever, and I’m sure if we did, Mary would have been on top of it. Thank you for such a carefree stay for myself and my best friends. Will definitely be back! Thank you!!!!

Our excellent experience at Pelican Cove
Best rental experience we’ve ever had. Great property. We normally drive to Pensacola Beach, but this time we flew. We were very worried that we weren’t going to have things we may need that we would normally bring in our car. They provide everything you could think of that you may need for your stay. Will definitely rent this condo again.

Exceptional experience
The location was quiet with view of beach and within walking distance of beach . The unit was well stocked and the mattress extremely comfortable. Working with Mary the manager made the whole trip from booking to departure easy.

Great condo for a beach stay!

Wonderful vacation spot

Beautiful Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tristan Towers. The owner is very thoughtful and it shows throughout the condo. Plenty of linens for both bathrooms, lot of beach towels, at least 4 beach chairs, a Keurig and regular coffee pot. We didn't have to wait around for the elevators. There is beautiful beach access down/right across the street. We drove over and set up for the day as it's just a tad far to carry all the stuff. Beautiful Ft. Pickens is right down the road as well, with lovely beach spots and no crowds. The private parking spot was premium! The property manager was helpful and provided great communication. We will definitely be back.

Our stay at Tristan towers
Our experience was truly amazing, my family was extremely happy with our stay. The place was amazing, we were supplied with all our needs for the week, it was very well kept, super clean, no issues while staying, overall we truly loved it and would likely come back again. Manager Mary was very helpful if we had any questions throughout our stay, just a true 10/10 experience for us

Family Beach Trip
First time staying here for a week beach vacation. Was great for us..well stocked kitchen for cooking, beach chairs and beach towels provided as well as many other amenities. Far enough from the busyness of a tourist beach town but close enough. There is a trolley stop out front if you don’t want to fight traffic. Mary was “Johnny on the spot” with check in/out info and helpful tips. Very nice place and would return!!

Great family getaway
We enjoyed our quick stay at the beach! The condo had everything we needed, plus all of the extras (laundry, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc) so it was easy to settle into vacation right away! The condo was spotless, comfy beds and and nice linens. The condo pool was huge, and warm. We walked to the beach, and the sunsets were gorgeous! The trolley wasn’t running yet, but it was easy to get around when needed. We really enjoyed Pensacola and look forward to our next stay!

My husband's cousin comes to visit from Germany. It was her birthday. We all love the beach. So what better present than a few days at our favorite beach PB. Mary was a delight. If I had questions, she answered them in her "good morning" even before I asked The unit at Tristen Towers is so very lovely. We had a wonderful time. From German Guest I felt welcome as soon as I entered the apartment. the loving furnishings make it easy to feel at home. there was nothing missing, really perfectly equipped 🤩 the very attentive and friendly woman "mary" completes the positive picture. I can only recommend this condo and would love to come back. Thanks very much! From Texas Guest Ii was a great week with my family!

Great place
The condo was great, everything was stocked well, an the view was amazing. There was 6 beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, balcony chairs, there were kids sand toys, boogey boards. If you have a bad weather day/night like we had, there is family games. Recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome!
Everything was so clean and nice. We were happy to see that everything we needed was there already. Mary was a great host she checked on us through out the week. The balcony views were amazing. The pool was great the kids enjoyed even though it wasn't heated. The condo had extra beach towels and tennis equipment too. We also enjoyed walking right across the street to the beach. The views were amazing also. I definitely recommend this condo. We will be back this summer!

Amazing place to stay!
Mary was the best host we’ve EVER encountered with a vacation rental. She was very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions. The condo was very clean and decorated with relaxing colors. My family of 5 stayed for three nights and was well pleased. It was in a great location with great restaurant choices. Although it was located across the street from the beach, the view was AMAZING! The beach was clean and beautiful as well. We definitely plan on staying at this property again. I wish I could give it 10 stars.

Really loved the location of this property. The beach is literally right across the beach. It has a huge swimming pool but it isn't heated just so you know. The covered parking spot right at front of building was a very nice perk. The unit felt spacious and open. The management company is excellent and is so helpful and responsive to any question I had whether it was about the condo or the area.

Ky and FL. Friends vacation
Wide variety of houses and Condos to choose from in this Pensacola, Florida area. We stayed on the beach at Triston Towers in a 2 bed/2bath condo with a balcony. We were able to watch sunrises and sunsets, moon and beautiful starry nights. This location is very convenient to Gulf SEashores National Park., our favorite beach restaurants, and shopping. Two of us have problems walking, age 72 and age 67, the younger person, age 59, was releived that there were no stairs. Our condo was very clean, fully stocked with towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Very thoughtful gift and great parking. We will be back.

Close to everything you need on the beach. Property managers were awesome and very communicative when necessary. The condo was stocked with everything needed to cook and plenty of towels and bedding. They even had a regular coffee pot AND a Keurig.

Great place to stay.
The entire condo made us feel right at home even on vacation. Our younger visitors enjoyed the pool, even the adults joined in on the fun. We had everything we needed and more for our stay. Cant wait to come back.

Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend!
When we walked in it was so clean and beautiful. It was a pleasant surprise to find a beautiful coaster gifted to us and many little things left for us to use like sunscreen, Tylenol, toothbrushes etc. Everything we needed was provided. Towels, beach gear, pots and pans, laundry detergent and so much more. I would recommend this place to anyone. Mary was amazing and went above and beyond. Thanks so much Mary!

Good location, very helpful
This condo was great. The property manager was extremely helpful and easy check in and check out. My only down side was we couldn’t find the gym. Apparently it’s on the ground floor but not marked so no clue. But not that big of a deal. I did love the patio chairs and the buggy!!

Beach vacation
Amazing location, close to beach, perfect swimming pool, beautiful condo building, gorgeous view of ocean from our balcony, near National Seashore Park and Fort Pickens, Pensacola Beach is a family friendly area with white, soft sand and clean ocean water, on pier we walked and saw big sea turtles and other wildlife and took a boatride on the Gulf and saw many dolphins. Mary is an awesome host and communicates so well with us and made everything so easy for us. It was a pleasure dealing with her as property manager. The condo was perfect for us and it is beautiful and everything worked well. We loved the balcony and close parking spot to the entrance was extra nice too! Thank you Mary for a great stay!

Love our stay!!
My husband and I , and 2 boys plus my parents stayed at 4c unit! Easy access Across the beach. We loved our stay ! Condo was clean and fully equipped… a lot of towels to use though we brought our own towels .. welcome note and a little gift is a bonus! I liked the condo color and little pretty decors it makes you feel happy :) . Mary was easy to talked to .. Jeff is very quick to respond on our query . Plus what I really like about this unit was we got our own parking space :) it is very convenient specially when it’s raining .. Would highly recommend this unit!!
