Disappointed
We could not park in the reserved parking spot most of our stay. Our first night we were woke up at 3am due to the restaurant downstairs having vent hoods cleaned and no warning. Manager waited until 4th day to give us a $30 gift card which in my opinion was not worth us being woke up and not being able to go back to sleep. Shower head had mold. Bed was comfy but seating was not comfortable for living room or outdoor. Definitely would not go back. The kitchen staff also made a lot of noise banging and keeping us from sleeping.

Quick girls trip
Amazing location, condo and food! Great to sit on the balcony and watch the water, read and just relax. Live entertainment was great. All staff are friendly and I am looking forward to staying again in June!

Good place to stay
We enjoyed staying here. If you have trouble climbing steps it might not be the best because there are a lot of them. But the restaurant is great and the gulf view from the balcony is perfect.

Pensacola trip
We had the most relaxing trip. We relaxed on the beach, watched dolphins out the living room window. The beach is a short walk across the road. The condo was exactly as shown on listing and then some. Peg Leg Petes restaurant and bar staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. Great customer service, excellent location near all the local attractions. We will definately stay again.

Wonderful place to stay!

My birthday weekend
The Crows Nest is beautiful! The condo is spotless and well equipped. This was our second stay. Even though it rained we enjoyed our time there. We will stay again. Oh and ive been telling friends too.

Fall Getaway
We have been wanting to stay here for years.... It was everything we hoped for. It was clean, comfortable and everyone was so nice and accomodating. It was wonderful to not wait in line to eat and have our own designated parking space. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend getaway!!

Nice property
This was a nice property and easy to get around the area. Not as close to the beach as I would have liked but not that big a problem. We had no problem walking to the beach. If you stay at the property, take something to sit on at the beach.

Perfect Location
What a hidden gem. No one knows this little gem is right above Peg Leg Pete’s. Everything was just right. Bonuses to staying here are reserved parking, immediate table seating at the restaurant and two decks to choose from can’t be beat. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Crow's nest
Clean, was exactly what was stated in the listing. Had beach stuff in closet chairs umbrella ect. Ate at the restaurant one night and we told them we were staying in the crow's nest and there was no wait straight to be seated. Had a few questions before checking out and messaged Freddie and got right back with me with answers. We will stay again. And the food is the best.

Perfect for a quick beach vacation
We have been to Santa Rosa Beach and Peg Leg Pete's several times and often wondered what it would be like to stay above PLP's. So we decided it was time. The price was right and location was convenient. We love the food and atmosphere at PLP's and getting to jump the line was awesome! The Crow's Nest wasn't as stocked as the description said but we got by since we were only staying 2 nights. The shampoo and conditioner that was supposed to be stocked was those small hotel sized bottles and seemed like they were left from the previous guest. There wasn't any body soap so we used the hand soap that was provided. The only TP was the one on the roll but luckily we didn't run out. I know we could have asked for more but didn't need it. The place was clean except the floor was sandy but that is every place at a beach location. We would definitely stay at the Crow's Nest again. We had a really relaxing vacation.

This place is everything and more! We have been to peg legs a million times and always wondered about this condo! We are so happy we were able to experience it. Definitely perfect for 2 people maybe one more (no pull out sofa so that’s why I say maybe). Perfect location to walk across street to beach, love that we had our own parking spot and got priority seating at the restaurant! Bed was soooo comfy! Only thing as others said as well is if using back entrance those stairs are a lot lol, and it’s a little smelly by dumpster but obviously , it’s a seafood restaurant, so no major complaint on that! Give it a 10/10 as a whole! Will definitely be back :)

We stayed here for our 20 year anniversary. It was as expected. Just know you are on top of a restaurant and there are plenty of stairs to haul your stuff up and down. The peaceful bay in the back and all the action in the front. We had a great stay overall.

Great Stay!

Easy checkin, right across from beach, right on bay, access to food and drink downstairs. Store next door, kitchen is good. Bring shampoo, soap, beach towels. Be ready ti climb two flights of stairs. Not for children.

Hockey get away
Peg Leg's treated us like royalty! The Crow's Nest was perfect. Very comfortable and in a perfect location to enjoy the beach and everything that Pensacola had to offer. Great open communication with the manager and staff. Priority seating in the restaurant and our own reserved parking space. And did I mention the food was spectacular. We will be back!!

A wonderful place to stay in Pensacola
A wonderful place to stay in Pensacola beach and very close to National Gulf seashore. Can walk to the white sand Pensacola beach. It is located in the second floor of Oyster bar so we carried out some delicious oysters and other foods. The place had a nice kitchen with pans and pots along with dishes and glasses so if you are home eater, it's a plus. Cons: You need to carry your bags through the stairs. Quite in daytime, but the huge fan was noisy during the night. You can not stay in the back deck, because of cooking smell from the restaurant fan. Nevertheless, I would stay again this place.

Relaxing. Enjoyable.
This was a business trip for a week and decided to do something different than hotel. I’M GLAD I DID. You will be too. Even though it sit on top of a most popular seafood restaurant you can not hear the sounds below. The view is wonderful. The condo is perfect for 1-2 folks. Strongly encourage you to engage. And you get priority seating at the restaurant and your own parking space.

The Real Deal
This was one of those most unique chances to stay up close and personal with the locals. Place has loads of charm and the folks are the best. The restaurant down below is quite good. Bed was the very comfortable foam mattress. Don’t miss this one. Not fancy but exactly the experience we wanted.

It was a rainy and foggy News Years weekend but we didn’t mind being cooped up in this neat condo! Balconies in the bedroom and living room overlooking the water was so relaxing. The manager at Peg Legs went out of his way to help us up with an umbrella and carrying luggage. The food was amazing! Didn’t want to leave but we will back!!

This was a cute apartment above Peg-legged Pete’s. At first, we were worried that we would hear all the noise from the bar below, but that was not the case. It was quiet, peaceful, and easy access to the beach. And, although there was a 2.5 hour wait at the restaurant, we got right in as a perk of staying there.

Anniversary week vacation
Overall experience was good! Only complaint is the one entrance to condo was next to the dumpsters and garbage cans which were so gross smelly and covered in flies because of the Oster shells it made it very unpleasant to go up the stairs at that entrance! Once we realized we could up through the restaurant it was better! The check in process was interesting I went to the gift shop and was literally handed the keys and told to enjoy my stay no instructions on where to go to access the condo or anything! Other then those two issues the condo it’s self was nice and had good views!

Perfect location for a getaway
My husband and I were looking to spend a few nights in Pensacola and stumbled across the Crow’s Nest. I decided to book it and I am so happy that I did. I won’t repeat what other reviewers have already said about the place but agree that it is really nice and a great place to stay. It's really the perfect spot. The beach is right across the street, Peg Leg Pete’s is downstairs, and you don’t have to wait to get in. Also, if you forget to bring anything there is a convenience store right next door. Last but not least, the owner and staff was very accommodating and quick to respond. I would definitely book the Crow’s Nest again.

Very enjoyable stay
We have been coming to Pensacola Beach since 2006. This was our first time staying at the Crow's Nest, and it was awesome. The beach is right across the street. As always, Peg Leg's was delicious (we dined there twice during our three night stay). Freddie was great and very fast to reply with any questions.

Everything was wonderful, minus the bugs in the corners, the spider webs under the kitchen cabinets. Looks like it had not been deep cleaned in awhile. However, that is the least of the experience. Downstairs staff was amazing and attentive, even when doing trash duty or breaks, all staff was super friendly. Short walk to the beach. Ease of parking. Thank you!

Couples Nest
We were lucky to find such a great place. We will be back. We always love the general area and so happy we found The Crows Nest. Getting automatically bumped to the front of the line down stairs in the restaurant is absolutely amazing amenity. It's like having your own private dining area. Super job Peg Leg Pete's!
