Hello Lisa,thank you for your compliments in regards to the staff and room. We do have an air-freshener on each floor and we usually receive compliments about the scent. I am sorry that it bothered you. I have a friend who is also sensitive to specific scents, while I love it she can't stand it.

Our entire neighborhood offers free street parking. Homelessness is a serious problem nationwide, an issue that we have no control over. I am sorry that you were perturbed by our location in a busy downtown area, however I assure you that the Rooftop restaurant follows all noise ordinances as outlined by the City of Phoenix.
