We are remodeling the hotel; we apologize if you were unaware of the park and fly parking fee. It is free to leave your car during your stay but to leave it and not stay we do charge a fee; it is stated on the website. We are glad you enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We apologize for the inconvenience of the Lyft ride, we order it and tell you where to go to get the Lyft and you also get a text showing you where the Lyft driver is it is ordered in your name but we pay for it and it is only to the hotel we have a shuttle back to the airport, until we get approval at the airport we use Lyft to make sure we have a way for our guest to get to the hotel , there is only 1 spot in each terminal to be picked up and where we send all guest and Lyft drivers. The pool is up and running we apologize if you did not know it was. We are remodeling and hope you come back to see it when it is all done.
