It's was very clean and great impression but I call at night after finishing up work I watch my TV since it said Everytime had premium channels well none of the 2 TVs in my room worked they weren't connected to nothing so I called they said maintenance was going to come fix it well they never showed up I would like to know why

The room smelled bad, there were stains on the carpet and couch, roach climbing the wall, no light bulbs in the fixture above the dining table. We were shown another apartment, it was slightly better, but the refrigerator door looked like it had been target practice for someone with a pellet rifle, We decided not to stay at the property and found another place to stay. I requested a refund but received no reply.

The loft is extremely spacious giving you the comfort of being in your own home with its 2 bedroom 2 bath full kitchen amd upstairs downstairs floorplan. Its the perfect room choice for a family!

Place was horrible. People hanging around the front of the complex arguing. Roaches inside. Writting on the wall. Torn couches and stained bed and couch. Broken closet door and broken towel rack. I stayed 30 min until I can find myself a new place.

Stay away from this location. The staff seems to be well aware of the situation and corporate does not care. So sad. This property is advertised as a luxury apartment. I am not able to agree. Well equipped kitchen. I am not able to agree. Again, please stay far away from this location.

Our front door wasnt safe, Hole in the door. Our television was broken at arrival. The ceiling were nasty, black with dust. Would not stay here again.

Property was poorly maintained. Kitchen outlets not work, kitchen counter edge completely missing in front of sink, wallpaper and wall material torn away in one bathroom, garbage disposal clogged when checked in and we had to unclog by hand. Would not recommend if expect aesthetically pleasing apartment.

My keys were lost and could not get them to me for an hour, smelled like smoke, although is listed as "smoke free" Not clean, trash in the front of room doors and outside.

buen día, me comunico por este conducto con la empresa expedia.com. para hacerle de su conocimiento que mi estancia en metro phx apartamento, resulto ser una muy mala experiencia, puesto que me fue asignado el departamento marcado con el numero 1801, siendo el caso que el día de ingreso esto es el día cinco de abril del año en curso es decir dos mil veinticuatro(05042024), al arribar al lugar de destino, siendo aproximadamente las tres y media de la tarde, la persona que me atendió, me solicito un sin fin de requisitos adicionales cuando el suscrito ya tenia elaborada una reservación, pero amen de lo anterior me comunico que aun no podía entregar el departamento debido a que aun no terminaban con su limpieza, siendo mi sorpresa que al momento de entrar en dicho lugar que fue rentado por los días cinco y seis de abril, de inicio de la coladera del lavaplatos salían muchisimas cucarachas, posteriormente observamos que la habitaciones estaban muy suicias y descuidadas, de tal manera que incluso habia ropa ajena tirada en uno de los baños expesificamente unos calcetines, las sabanas todas manchadas de tal suerte que tuve que comprar sabanas y cobijas para poder pasar las dos noches, la chapa de la puerta de ingreso es de clave y se encontraba destruida con los cables de fuera, la luz de la cocina y baños nunca funcionaron, la tina de baño con demasiadas manchas e incluso contaba con moh, sinceramente todos estos inconvenientes trajeron para el suscrito una pésima experiencia

Well the pictures do NO JUSTICE, it was horrendous! Our room was disgusting! We literally left immediately after walking in. There was what looked like blood and poop on the window curtains, the beds had black, red and brown spots all over (bed bugs?) the tile was falling off the walls, water damage in bathrooms( ceiling looked like it was going to fall in) smelled like death. If you work in the medical field you know what I mean.... Hobos and druggies everywhere you look. DO NOT TAKER YOUR FAMILY OR ANYONE TO THIS PLACE!!!! Seriously beyond sketch. We didn't even go back to the office to tell them we were leaving.

Waiting on my refund- please process. Original room was full of flies and dirty. Had a terrible musty smell and the fan was hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom. They moved us to a different room that smelled like cat pee and the wasn’t the same king bed we reserved. Went to try to talk to the front desk and they decided to leave 15 mins before scheduled closing. Called the number associated and they told me “sometimes people have to leave early- call Expedia for the refund.” The area surrounding is dangerous and there was sketchy activity going on when we pulled in. Would never allow my kids anywhere near here again.
