“Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem typisch toskanischen Häuschen. Die abenteuerliche Fahrt auf den Berg lohnt sich, denn die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Die Lage ist perfekt, um alle wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Toskana zu entdecken. Wir waren in Lucca (15 min, unsere Lieblingsstadt), Florenz, Volterra, Pisa, Siena und Montecarlo. “I knew instantly when I saw the listing for this Villa that it stood apart from the others! In person though it is even more beautiful! The owner is a decorator and his home is like a showroom for his talent and taste. We even visited his design shop where we loved things everywhere we looked. “I can’t say enough about this trip of a lifetime. The villa is spectacular. The staff are amazing. They planned an excellent birthday dinner in the courtyard, a cooking class and a fabulous lunch at the villa. All of the food was excellent. The property manager could not have done anything better. She made several reservations for us and even purchased a few things for my grandson to assure that his trip was special. We felt like royalty. We will be back!!”

“Propriété située au calme avec une très belle vue, proche également de Lucca et d’un supermarché. Cependant, la maison comporte très peu d’équipement pour la cuisine …pas de batteur par exemple. Et aucun ingrédient de base : sel, poivre, huile d’olive… les chambres sont de qualité très différentes, le confort de la dernière laissant à désirer, la maison est plus adéquate pour 6 personnes qu’un nombre plus élevé. Très beau jardin fleuri et bien entretenu, et piscine superbe.”

“Great property and communication with hosts/managers was clear and easy. A little hard to find the first night when we arrived after dark, and you wouldn’t want to be without a car as it’s too far to walk to the village or train station. Absolutely beautiful views from every window and patio! We loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat.”

“We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed.”
