“For 2 busy professionals, staying at this property was restorative, delightful and invigorating. We stopped by a local farm, rode bikes & played golf, rose to the sunrise over the water and took sunset photos on the dock (embarrasing but true) and enjoyed the local crab/seaside fare. It is a casual, rural setting with every detail considered and amazing host communication. A+”

“The quiet neighborhood, the beautiful river view, the abundance of waterfowl and other birds made this just the relaxing getaway we were looking for. I was especially thrilled to make my first sighting of a pileated woodpecker. We also appreciated how well supplied the house was with everything we could need. We will be back!”

“We had a wonderful stay. The house was just as described, a cozy cottage perfect for relaxing with beautiful riverfront views. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the living room and main bedroom we used were comfortable, and the sun porch had great views where you could relax in the AC. The patio had a great dining table/umbrella, and the dock was perfect for fishing. Thank you for a lovely getaway cottage!”

“We throughly enjoyed our stay at Hays Beach. Tim was responsive and incredibly helpful as we were planning our visit. The house is beautifully appointed - from the furnishings to the outdoor equipment. We were also impressed with all the included basic details that made our stay so much more comfortable. “First, this was a last minute booking, due to our inability to stay at our original rental. Becky was responsive to our needs so we could vacate our previous rental without delay. “From the moment we booked until the moment we checked out, Beach Club far exceeded our expectations! The home itself had more than enough space for 14 people of varying ages, and the outbuildings provided a plethora of activities for diverse interests. The second-storey gazebo was a particular favorite, as was the 12-seat movie theater (with reclining and massage chairs!), and the very well-equipped clubhouse. Beach Club's amenities delivered in every category - design, comfort, and function....
