A terrible accommodation! Open the door of the room and there will be a very bad smell! I was woken up around five o'clock in the morning by the sound of opening and closing doors in other rooms! There was no bottled water in the room, and then I had to go to the front desk to pick up the water from the bad thermos bottle! Anyway, I won't choose this one again

The hotel is in a convenient location just outside Pittsburgh in the hills. It is a little aged but the beds are comfortable and the night staff are excellent. We tried a couple of rooms to get a quiet one. It is located along a busy road but it was not a problem.

The room wasn't very clean, there were a lot of crumbs and scuffs. The free breakfast was ghetto, a muffin, a juice, an apple and a bottle of water in a paper bag. The electricity went out and was out for hours and on top of everything the desk chair broke as soon as it was sat in

Decent hotel. No frills. Friendly service, but they don’t allow firearms, early check ins, late check outs, etc. average cleanliness.. I’d stay there again if in a pinch but not singing and dancing about the place.

Horrible
For one the tub was very dirty. There was hair everywhere. The refrigerator didn’t work. The TV was very scratchy. They told me that I would receive warm breath and when I woke up the next morning, they gave me a bag of food. It was just horrible.

The pictures are not what you see.. Pool closed…. Bag breakfast.. Wasn’t the worst for a bag. Screaming and yelling! Cops show up.. And people using drugs on property. She is a regular.. But on a Do Not Rent To List! But she got in! Staff trying to make everything better. I really was going to leave the hotel my second night.. But the staff made me feel better… Never again!!

Overall it was OK. Claimed to have a pool but it was empty, breakfast consisted of a bag with fruit & muffins. wifi wasn`t very good, location to get to downtown pittsburgh was ideal.

Took too long to check in and then we’re directed to the wrong area. Apparently the desk attendant was not as familiar with the hotel. The shower curtain had some black spots. Possibly mould? Toilet seat was not very clean. And first towel I tried to use was full of stains so I just used a different one. All in all….. you get what you pay for.

Thank you for your input on our hotel. We love guest feedback to know what we are doing right and where we can make improvements. As it states on your signed registration card, it can take 3 to 5 for your financial institute to have your refund back into your account. Most times it is very quick. If you do not received your refund within 5 business days, please contact us as we can see your refund was returned the day you checked out.

The staff were very nice and helpful. There is a restaurant just a couple minutes walking distance. The bus stop into Pittsburgh was across the road. The only thing that was poor was the breakfast (grab n go) which was a mini water, OJ, muffin, and apple.

I booked this hotel months in advance. I was never notified of an extra fee that was required. (Which was not alot) but pretty inconvenient when we weren’t expecting it. I was then charged double what I should have. The workers weren’t very helpful. Took a while to get ahold of the manager. And on top of all that, the first room we were in didn’t have a working tv. And the second room that they moved us too, was filthy! the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Water pressure was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this hot to anyone!

Hello Samantha. I am sorry I was not available at 1 am when you checked in. It was very nice speaking with you today. I did inform you that the 50 security deposit requirement was on the confirmation from the 3rd party booking site you used to make your reservation. I am sorry you missed it. When a guest books direct, we tell them about this and also it is in the confirmation. I did offer my apologies that the room you were first assigned to had a fuzzy TV. I see you were moved to a second room as soon as you brought this to front desk attention. For this, I refunded your stay in full. During our entire conversation you never mentioned any issues with your room cleanliness or water pressure. You just shared you wanted a refund for a non working tv for the first room you were put in. We want all our guests to be completely satisfied. We note on registration card you initialed by, if any room issues, tell front desk immediately. Had you let them know you had an issue with anythng not cleaned properly, it would have been fixed immediately.

It was an okay place, if you stay request a room not in the basement as it has poor WIFI reception down there. There was no separate switch for the venting when you shower. It was a decent stay, affordable and decent for the price.

Room was very dirty. Conditions were unhygienic (I got a stye from either the towels or sheets). The front desk staff was very charming and helpful, but I do not recommend staying here at all.
