“We have stayed in many VRBO's and I cannot remember a rental being as perfect as this one was! We wanted a lake house to go fishing and boy did this accommodate that to the fullest. First off, the house was stocked better than our own home that we live in and they had everything we could ever need and more. The pontoon boat, fishing dock, and backyard were perfect. “They cancelled on us less than 24 hours before our arrival because they “forgot” to tell us they are under construction. We are a family of 6 and they left us completely starting from scratch without any resources or help. Because they cancelled their entire reservations the day before, we were only able to find one room at one hotel in the entire city that was literally twice the cost on a last minute reservation. “I rated this high overall, clean and comfortable rooms, newly renovated. Quiet. Nice staff. One thing I would suggest is to let people know there is still a lot of renovating going on when advertised on Expedia. Perhaps knock a few dollars off the price. It didn't really affect anything other than using the stairway. There was other work going on but I was gone during the day so it was fine. But overall, very good hotel stay for the price. ”
