Grazie per la tua recensione e apprezziamo che tu abbia detto che l'appartamento era pulito e come ti aspettavi dalla descrizione. Siamo lieti di aver fornito un buon servizio clienti e di essere stati in grado di rispondere in anticipo alle vostre domande. Come risultato del tuo commento abbiamo modificato la descrizione della lunghezza della passeggiata dal complesso del Pizzo Beach alla spiaggia da "10 minuti" a "10-15 minuti a piedi attraverso la pineta". Vogliamo fornire informazioni accurate e sentire che la maggior parte degli ospiti sarebbe in grado di completarle in questo periodo, apprezzando al contempo la bellissima foresta rinfrescante. Ci dispiace che tu abbia trovato il mare agitato e poco pulito. Questo è insolito e possiamo solo immaginare che sia stato un evento unico e si sia verificato a causa di circostanze al di fuori del nostro controllo. Normalmente gli ospiti possono fare il bagno in mare senza problemi lungo il lungo tratto di spiaggia sabbiosa. Ci auguriamo che abbiate usufruito delle due piscine del complesso come alternativa al mare. Hello Sue. Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that you say that our property was nice and clean, the pool spotless, and the waitresses and lifeguards amazing. It appears your negative comments relate to the complex rather than our apartment. We have contacted the management company in relation to your comments about the 'Meet & Greet' service being awful. We obviously pay for this service on your behalf, and we wanted to know what the specific problems were to prevent this occurring in the future.They responded that you did not adhere to their request to contact them to let them know your arrival time. You arrived at Reception and unfortunately there was no one to meet you as they are not based at the complex. This situation is made clear well in advance, by myself and also the management company, so it seems a little unfair that you have made these comments. They did their best to get a staff member to you as fast as possible.The gates are there for security reasons, and most guests, particularly those with children, appreciate this, as it means that it is a very safe complex with restricted access. Similarly, the wristbands are provided as a method for the security staff to check that everyone on the site is authorised to be there. The advert for the property DOES state that a car is recommended, and the majority of guests research the location of the property prior to booking. Unfortunately we cannot comment on the other matters you have raised in relation to the site which are out of our hands, as the complex is run by a separate management company, although previously the restaurant has been highly praised, so we will look into this further and get feedback from other guests and owners to see whether any improvements can be made.
