“Great apartment hotel right at the beach with comfortable rooms and well equipped kitchens. However, the reception is unmanned for large parts of the day and there is no emergency number to get hold of the reception. For instance, our automatic lock ceased to work and we couldn't get into our room and had to wait for more than hour which is completely unacceptable. “This was our 6th consecutive year staying in Napili and this is the overall best complex and unit we’ve stayed in. Booked exact unit next year as well. Sunset views off the lanai, as well as the beach, yet privacy is maintained due to the corner location. Unit very clean, and bed very comfortable. Walk down the stairs, and you’re on the beach. Large grills in common area with propane ready to grill whenever needed. Grocery store 2 minute drive. Coastal trail 10 minute walk away.”

“The condo was beautiful and in the perfect location with easy access to great walkable dining and snorkeling at Honolua Bay. I came for a medical conference and was very glad I was not staying at one of the big hotel resorts. The washer, dryer and kitchen were great and the ocean view from the lanai is even better than the pictures. We are already planning our trip back and would love to book this condo again. ”

“We absolutely loved the grounds at Polynesian Shores! You can’t beat the view from the lawn and pool. Absolutely breathtaking! Our unit was well equipped and clean, and the location of the property was well situated. The beach in front doesn’t allow for swimming, but swimmable beaches were just a short drive away. There are also some within walking distance as well. We will definitely recommend this property to others!”

“Instructions on how to use the tv would have been helpful. Also the switch in the kitchen needs to be replaced, the remote for the kitchen fan/light was not around and the florescent light over the sink is inadequate. Otherwise, the kitchen was full equipped and was a joy to use, the balcony was very pleasant as a breakfast nook, the location was convenient, the washer dryer was a godsend.”
