The views are stunning...the beach and pool setting were perfect for my family. This is a luxury boutique hotel that checked all the boxes: close to great food, spa, shopping and always an open lounge chair available beach and poolside. “Two items that I would like to have been different, first is the couch. It is a pullout bed, and was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Secondly, the lack of english speaking TV stations. I've been traveling to the Cancun area for 20+ years and each place I've stayed had at least some news stations from the USA. “This place was perfect for us. Perfect location- so close to the downtown area (easy walk) but far enough to be peaceful and without noise. “Location was fantastic and it was a nice, quiet complex with plenty of beach and pool time! Super close to the hustle and bustle but felt far enough away and had security at the gate. Loved our stay!”

“The suite was really nice, had everything we needed. Phenomenal location, quiet end of 5th. The only downside of this suite that couldn’t be controlled is there isn’t a lot of natural light. The pool was wonderful and warm and not busy at all.”

“Such an amazing place! Quiet, secure property with pools, a beach, restaurants and walking distance from the local rstaurants and shopping. 10min walk to the ferry to Cozamel as well. Worth to visit if younare with family or friends. Beautiful condo with well enough room. With a kitchen, living, and balconies. The owner is extremely helpful to ensure your stay is great. “Location was great and close to everything we wanted within walking distance (ferry, restaurant, shopping, groceries). Unit was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for basic cooking. Could use some new pillows as the current ones are a bit past their prime. Pool was wonderful. Lots of space and looked out onto the ocean. Beach in this part of playa looks like it has been eroded quite a bit, so not much usable beach right in front of El Faro, but just a little ways down the beach...

“This apt is very nice has all the basic stuff. The king bed is very comfy. The pillows are comfy. The shower is hot however i think if you have long hair or thick hair it is a bit weak for getting the shampoo out. “Great view of the ocean, the pool and bar were great- there was always a spot to be found and the bartender was wonderful. The condo was just as it was advertised and having the washer and dryer just makes things so much nicer. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C units worked great. “Our family stayed there for 8 nights in Feb. Place is located in the heart of playa. 5th Ave is half block away. Tons of restaurants/bars/shops to choose from. The pool was a bit cold for our kids but it was pretty windy while we were their. The condo does not have a oven, but has a small toaster oven. Check in was super easy. “The resort is absolutely magnificent!!! Nothing short of spectacular. It is probably the safest place I've ever stayed at in Playa (and I've been here 1- times), with double gates for security and trusted taxi drivers exclusively serving guests. “Ok place if you don't care so much about pool or beach life. Pool is small and has zero sunbeds, beach is not lovely. Location is good and the fact that they provide drinking water in room so you don't have to haul it from the store is great. ”
